Construction of Keystones new Kindred has officially begun and will be taking place through the 2023-2024 ski season. Please be aware when booking that nearby construction will be ongoing. Skyrun will not provide any refunds due to construction, increased walk time to lifts, noise, or ongoing work in this area. This top floor 2-bedroom unit in River Run Village has astounding views, great amenities, and is conveniently located right next to the gondola, making this condo perfect for a family ski vacation. The living room features comfortable furnishings in front of a flat-screen TV and fireplace. Just off of the living room, enjoy the stunning view of surrounding mountain ranges on the deck. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to make home-cooked meals featuring stainless steel appliances. The dining table can seat 4 people comfortably with an additional 2 seats at the breakfast bar.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. Enjoy the convenience and ease of the en-suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination and double-vanity sink. There is a small patio off of the primary bedroom where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the amazing Colorado views. The second bedroom features a set of bunk beds with a twin over queen, perfect for the kids! There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests.
Red Hawk Lodge has several amenities to offer including a year-round heated outdoor pool and hot tub, communal grill on the pool deck, exercise room, sauna, ski lockers, communal laundry facility, and lobby with a pool table. The gondola is only steps away from Red Hawk Lodge, making your morning commute to the slopes a breeze. River Run Village is also within walking distance and has several restaurants and shops to enjoy during your stay in Keystone. If you are looking to visit other areas of Keystone, there is a free shuttle stop right outside of Red Hawk.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay in this very comfortable, well located condo. Short walk to the gondola, and the construction did not impact our stay at all. This condo looks out to the Continental Divide, so no view of construction at all. Really lovely and relaxing. And the kitchen is very well equipped.

Awesome location and nice new furniture

This top floor condo is very spacious with vaulted ceilings, plenty of room for up to 7 people, lots of kitchen amenities, tv’s in each room and new living room furniture. There are 2 hot tubs and a heated pool alongside a walking path where I saw a moose in the winter! Within walking distance to the gondola and plenty of Keystone shops and restaurants.

Ski trip

Had between 2-3 feet of snow during our stay. Perfect access to slopes, short walk to gondola. Condo had great space for 4, vaulted ceilings help. Unit has 3 humidifiers, which we used since we are from the east coast, and was extremely helpful. Overall great stay and would stay there again.

Good stay overall, gross living room area

This was a good stay overall. Even with the nearby construction it was still an easy walk to the Gondola. The place itself was okay. The main issue was the living room area. The sofa and chair are just gross. They are literally like something that would be put on the side of the road with a "Free" sign on them. For what this place rents for they seriously need to put reasonable living room furniture that is functional and sanitary. The rest of the place was reasonably clean. The kitchen is well stocked and functional. Beds were comfortable. The top bunk is difficult to get up on and states a 150 lb weight limit. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. The Lodge itself has great amenities and parking is a breeze. We got ourselves locked out of the room once and they responded quickly with a new key. There were no unreasonable requirements for check out. I would give this place 5 stars overall except that the sofa and chair were just that bad. They could easily get something second hand that would be an upgrade, or maybe a visit to Costco or Sam's?

Great homey condo

Our family of 5 had an awesome stay at this cozy condo. Yes, the elevator is slow but the condo is top floor, no noisy neighbors upstairs. Really quiet. Kitchen was well equipped with sponge, garbage bags, paper towels, dishwasher detergent and even laundry detergent! You can tell a family uses it, there were basics like salt and every piece of equipment we could want for making meals. The kids bedroom was a bit chilly, but our kids were fine with the cozy comforters provided. Location is great and overall, we had a wonderful stay. You will have to pick up keys off site, about a mile away. But it was not a major inconvenience.

Excellent location and has everything you need

Just got back from 4 nights in Keystone with my family of 4. This condo is extremely well located, just a quick 4 minute walk to the Gondola. The unit is fairly well appointed with very comfortable beds, a dining area that sits 4 and living area. I hesitate to make any negative comments because we really did enjoy our stay, but I will say that the couch and recliner have seen better days but other than that, this is a great rental. Best part is, it is very well stocked with toilet paper and paper towels so if your stay is a week or less, you can leave that off your grocery list. There is underground heated parking, a ski locker that managed to fit 2 kids skis and two adult snowboards. Be warned that this unit is on the top floor and you may have to wait a bit for the slow and small elevator (especially if you want to social distance).

Great Choice!

This condo a great choice... beautiful views, nicely appointed and decorated, kitchen had everything I needed. This condo is away from the village center, but still just a short walk away, so it's very quiet and private. You can be in the thick of things when you want to be, and away from it when you don't. Highly recommend!
