Stylish and Chic Katama Summer Retreat

POINT B EXCLUSIVE - Tucked away in a quiet Katama neighborhood, this Chic Retreat has gotten a recent facelift with new furniture, and new mini-split air conditioning throughout.

TRANSFERABLE FERRY TICKETS AVAILABLE: 7/12 - 7/19; 7/19 - 7/26. Please Inquire about price and availability.

The house features a modern layout on the second floor with open Living and Dining Areas with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, plus Gourmet Kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. The Kitchen is outfitted with all new pots and pans, flatware, plates, and glasses. The Living Area has a media center with 40 inch HDTV, and wireless bluetooth speaker system.

Sliding doors open to a large deck plus three-season sunroom/screened porch for outdoor entertaining and dining. The Screened Porch has vaulted ceiling and new chairs and love seat. There are new Adirondack chairs, new outdoor pillows, and new gas grill for the summer.

The three Bedrooms are on the first floor. The Primary Bedroom has an en suite deluxe bath, while the other two Bedrooms share a full bathroom. There are new bed and bath linens, plus new pillows, and rugs.

There is a new storage shed that has all new beach gear, and lawn games.

The house is surrounded by nicely landscaped grounds with gardens and lawns in the front and back, as well as mature oak and pine trees. With its convenient Katama location, there is easy access to both South Beach and downtown Edgartown.

Great Location and Family Friendly Home

We loved our stay at Thai property! We were a short distance to beaches and town as well as katama market for coffee and grab and go lunches. This has a great backyard for hanging out with family and the house was clean and set up perfectly with all the essentials for our stay.

Great family stay in Katama!

Loved this well stocked and recently updated property! Plenty of games, beach gear and a fully stocked kitchen. Loved the screened in porch! The location was perfect for biking into Edgartown and for morning trips to the Katama General Store and Morning Glory Farm. We had a fabulous week!
