UPSTAIRS: two (queen) bedrooms, bathroom with combo shower/tub, and french doors to upper deck.

Conveniently located in the Katama area of Edgartown. Walk to Edgartown Great Pond for a swim. Bike or drive (about 2 miles) to Edgartown village and South Beach. Close to bike paths, shopping/restaurants, and grocery and other markets to stock up for your stay.

Perfect Location

Another wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It’s the perfect spot between Edgartown and South Beach. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces for morning coffee and nights when we grilled in. The six of us enjoyed the game room with the pool table, jigsaw puzzles, and board games. We can’t wait to come back to our happy place!

Very attractive house close to South Beach. Hot tub and pool table are nice features you don't find in many other houses. Had a great experience.

Absolute perfect family home

Hosts were super responsive to any needs and lovely to work with. House is in perfect location -beach access and town a short ride away. Very comfortable with every thing you need for a great get away.

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful time. Plenty of room for 3 couples and a single. Super clean, I loved the decor. Short drive to South Beach. I would highly recommend this home.

Girls trip

This was the perfect house for our girls trip before one of the girls got married this summer. There was plenty of space for hanging out and the sleeping arrangements were great. The Hot Tub was so much fun to relax in after dinner. Everything was clean and the beach chairs on the side of the house were perfect since we didn't have a car to bring our own. Liz the owner even messaged me afterwards and let me know that I had forgotten a small bag at the house. Would definitely recommend this property.
