Summary:

Welcome to our beautiful duplex, 105 m2, near Montmartre ! A few minute walk from the Sacré Coeur and its magical sunset.

It is furnished like a cosy home in a warm and very quiet atmosphere, ideal for a family of five.

Description of the duplex:

This apartment is located on the 4th floor on the left, easily accessible by elevator.
It can accommodate 5 people, ideal for a family.
We have all the equipment needed to welcome young children (play mat, playpen, deckchair, cot).

Facing south, this duplex is bathed in light and overlooks a green space. All rooms face this green setting, so you'll be woken by birdsong in the middle of Paris !

The interior of our Haussmann-style apartment is beautifully decorated, with moldings, herringbone parquet flooring and 2 fireplaces.

On the 1st level: a long, bright corridor leads to a separate, comfortable living room with fireplace and parquet flooring.
Wi-Fi, TV corner(with Prime Video) and library at your disposal. Children can also borrow our board games.
There is also a design desk at your disposal.

Next, the corridor leads to a second room with a lounge and dining area. A large table for family dinners and a well-equipped modern kitchen (mix oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher....).
You'll also find a full set of kitchen utensils to cook great meals with our cookbooks.
The toilet is at the end of the corridor.

Then on the 2nd floor: you'll reach the three bedrooms via the staircase. There is also a bathroom and the 2nd separate toilet.

The first bedroom is equipped with a trundle bed, i.e. 2 single beds (90 X 200) each, as well as a chest of drawers for storage and a desk for quiet work.

The second, very bright bedroom has a single bed (90 x 200) and 2 chest of drawers for storage, and an optional crib with bars, as well as all childcare equipment (bouncer, baby seat, baby bathtub, etc.).

The third bedroom has a king-size bed (160X200) and all the comforts of a master bedroom, plus a chest of drawers.

Towels are provided in all 3 bedrooms.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower and washbasin. Shower gel and shampoo are provided, as is a hairdryer.
Washing machine and tumble dryer are at your disposal as well as all ironing equipment.

Great location, great apartment

My family and I stayed here for about a week. It was very nicely situated in Monmartre, very clean and extremely quiet. The hosts were great and we all had a great time. I highly recommend it!

This lovely and comfortable apartment was perfect for our family. It's large enough for a family of four with two teenagers. The kitchen was well-stocked (and thanks for the wine and treats!). As for the location, north of Montmartre, we found it to be well-suited to us. It is not a touristy area yet access to the heart of Paris is nearby. Quentin and Lucie were so very helpful throughout, with all manner of tips (including with a medical emergency). We would stay here again, and can't wait to return to Paris.

Spacious space for a family

About an 10 minute walk north of Sacre Couer. The apartment is spacious and we really enjoyed the shopping options on Rue du Poteau. Hosts were very communicative and we had a great stay.

Spacious and Easy Access to Paris Center

We loved our stay here! We were a group of five and we each felt like we had plenty of space. The apartment was both spacious and homey. Easy access to public transportation and the stores nearby were good. Quentin was very informative, polite and available if needed. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Olympic time refuge

Lucie and Quentin were extremely accommodating and helpful leading up to and during the stay. The location near Montmartre was perfect and access to Metro and even Uber pickups convenient. This is a great place for family and allows multiple spaces to unwind. Kitchen space is lovely and full of light.

Ideal family apartment

We could not have wanted more from this apartment. Easy access to central Paris by Metro or Bus yet a great neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle. Also a great space to relax with a book ( at least 100 in the apartment) if you need a quiet day.

Quentin and Lucie Are Lovely!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Quentin and Lucie’s lovely apartment. The place is beautiful and spacious and relaxing. My husband and I had so much fun exploring Paris with the kids then returning home to cook and relax with our family. Quentin and Lucie are very kind and communicative. A great place to stay in Paris

We stayed at the property for 8 days with 3 kids. The property was very clean and comfortable. The apartment is close to the metro and has plenty of shops/restaurants around. We requested an early checkin and the hosts graciously accommodated our request. Faria was waiting for us at the apartment to help us check-in. The hosts also left us a very informative guide on the area and also have lots of books on what to see in Paris. All in all a great stay and I would definitely stay here again!

Very pleasant stay

We very much enjoyed staying at this place. The building and the flat were pleasant, old, quaint, cool, and enjoyable. We didn't realize that we were staying in the owners' actual home, but that made it more "homey." There were tons of books, including guide books of Paris. Everything worked fine (with one tiny exception of a night light that was switched to OFF instead of AUTO.) The location was good, pretty close to several different public transportation lines, and the neighborhood was NOT touristy at all, which we enjoyed.

So close to everything, yet a perfect family refuge from the hustle & bustle

From the planning stages all the way through our visit, Lucy & Quentin went above and beyond to answer questions and make sure our family of 5 was comfortable during our visit. The home is airy and bright, and the beds and linens are comfortable. We loved the oversized kitchen/dining area (complete with an outstanding vinyl collection) for lounging before or after our days of exploring the city. We actually enjoyed being in a less touristy part of town since the Metro and bus access is phenomenal. Our kids also enjoyed being close to the supermarket and kebab stand. We would definitely recommend this home to family and friends. Thank you so much for your hospitality, Lucy & Quentin!

Lovely Stay

Our family of 5 stayed comfortably in Quentin and Lucia’s duplex. It was spacious and met our needs while we were in Paris. It was located near several Metros, which were all very walkable. We only found ourselves taking an Uber or cab less than an handful of times. Montmartre turned out to be our favorite area of all, so we took many easy strolls (except for the occasional several steps) to the area many times while we were in Paris. Our hosts were incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. Merci Beaucoup, Quentin & Lucia!

Live like a Parisian

If you want to immerse yourself into true Parisian life then this is the perfect apartment. Surrounded by cafes, bistros, bakeries and pastry shops, grocery stores, etc. Everything you need is in walking distance. All kinds of transportation so close. Our hosts were fantastic making sure we had everything that we needed and great advice on sights to see and how to get around the beautiful city of Paris. You won’t be disappointed. Home away from Home

Quentin and Lucie were perfect hosts, responding quickly to all our questions, before and during our stay. They provided a welcome folder which allowed us to navigate the apartment, Paris center, and the local neighborhood. It was a family friendly apartment for 3 generations, 4 adults and a 3 1/2 year old. The apartment was spacious, sunny and bright. Plenty of room for all to gather but also offered private space, as needed. As it was a week long stay, we appreciated being able to unpack and store our luggage It was a short walk, for any age, to the bus stop and also within walking distance to bakeries, restaurants, shops and parks. It was a delight to enjoy a true Paris neighborhood!

Fabulous French chic apartment

We stayed at Lucie and Quentins apartment over May half term with our 3 kids (9,11,13yrs). Its a gorgeous, very well equipped duplex, with plenty of room for everyone. Lucie met us on our arrival (which due to a very late Eurostar, was 11:30pm), But she was charming and very welcoming (even at that late hour) - her English is superb - so communicating was extremely easy, and she showed us everything we needed, as well as answered questions about boulangeries, and restaurants. The apartment is well located close to 3 metro stations and the tram - so its super easy to get around. We had an excellent few days, in what I can only describe as a very chic, very french feeling, very practical apartment.

Charming home in Paris

The home is very charming! However, do note that the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, so you will need to carry your luggages to the 2nd floor. Transportation to the City Center (to Louvre, Seine River, Eiffel Tower, etc) is very convenient. There is a bus stop nearby and a few metro stations around the area that are within walking distance to the home. We were able to walk to Sacre Couer/ Montmarte area as well. The host also provide a few recommendations for bakery and restaurants around the are that are wonderful! All in all, we had a wonderful time in Paris. Thank you!

Parisian adventure

A wonderfully sized, clean unit. Our 3YO and 9YO shared a room, our 20YO had a room to himself, and the king room was great for us. The separate living room was great for a place for the kids to play out of the way. The open kitchen was fantastic for cooking meals when we didn’t want to eat out-especially breakfasts. The area had a grocery store near by but there were also delicious fruit and vegetable markets in the area. It was a quiet spot and the building was quiet (no loud parties), but the park across the street was creepy with homeless people(we were more cautious with night time excursions). The hosts were incredibly responsive to all communication despite the time difference. Upon arrival we were met at the apartment and given a tour and the keys by a very sweet woman. I wish we had the option of remote check in since I felt bad we were late to meet her (she graciously waited for us). Overall a wonderful stay…we made many great memories!

A Perfect Stay in Paris!

The posting for this property is 100% accurate. In fact, it may even understate how great it is! Our family of four (2 adults & 2 teens) could not have asked for a better place for our week in Paris! The apartment is very generous in space and very well maintained. It was fully appointed with everything we needed— a full kitchen with utensils, a gas stove, an oven / microwave, two single washrooms, and a shower room with a washer / dryer unit. All linens and bath toiletries are available. The unit is very conveniently located in an area that is a short walk from various public transportation options. It is in an older building, but the building does offer a small elevator. And to top it all off, our hosts, Quentin and Lucie, were amazing! They were very responsive to any questions that we had both before and during our stay. We highly recommend this property for families of 4 or fewer, and we’ll definitely look to stay here again next time we visit Paris.

Bel appartement lumineux et calme
