This stone built house is located on a hill, part of a traditional residents' complex of 3 houses, overlooking the famous Golden Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches of the island. Its perfect location (Tzanes) offers proximity to the island's night life, as well as the absolute tranquillity of the island rural landscape.Its views are spectacular. On a clear morning you can see clearly across the Aegean Sea the chain of the neighboring islands. This house is made for lovers of beautiful sunsets and starry greek nights. The house is located on the hill overlooking the unique sandy Golden beach, in a big plot of land planted with olive and fuit trees and flowers.
*The UPPER FLOOR features the master bedroom (1 double bed with high quality orthopedic matress whereas one (1) extra portable single bed can be added and built in wardrobs), one bathroom and a big terrace with sofa.
*The GROUND FLOOR has one more bedroom with a double bed with high quality orthopedic matress and built in wardrob. A living room with 2 sofas and a fireplace. An open-space Kitchen fully equipped with a dinning table for six persons and a second bathroom.
* Spacious patio- veranda (circa 30 m2) with breathtaking sea view, covered by a pergola with a big marble table is the hot spot of the house during the summer.
* Wireless unlimited internet (WiFi) Free of charge, in all areas of the villa, even at the verandas.
* Air conditioning Futjitsu in both bedrooms and highly quality -totally noiseless - ceiling fans (HUNTER) in all rooms, *cd player and cds with Greek music and classic music *Smart T.V SONY 42” with connection to you Tube, Netflix and internet browser,
* Private parking , free of charge in the backyard of the house.
EXTRAS: Washing machine, microwave, dish washer , coffee maker, kettle are at your disposal , of course free of charge!

We absolutely loved our stay at Tina’s home in Paros. On top of this she is a wonderful host and makes you feel at home. Her house is lovely, great location and the view is magnificent. We could recommend her place highly enough. We hope to be back soon.

La villa Daphné est une maison confortable sur 2 niveaux avec jolie terrasse ombragée agréable au soir d'une journée chaude. Nous avons apprécié l'environnement de campagne très calme, les abricots cueillis sur l'arbre par Tina, et les jolies plages voisines très faciles d'accès en voiture. La propriétaire, Tina, nous a réservé le meilleur accueil et nous a particulièrement aidées à trouver une location de voiture le soir même de notre arrivée. Tout ceci nous a permis de passer des vacances agréables et reposantes.

Wonderful place, warm welcome, super holidays!!

The house has overpassed our expections . It is even better than shown on the pictures. The view from the shadded terrace on the countryside and the see is exceptionnal. The area is quiet.At short distance foodshops and restaurants are available. Our hostess had meet us in the closest village to drive us to her place. She gave us many informations on what to visit and which beaches to go to. We also were offered a welcome basket including local delicious products. Many thanks Tina for all what you have done that makes our stay at your house so pleasant and joyfull. We highly recommenced Daphné house and her owner Tina to those looking for marvellous holidays in a wonderfull house.

Lovely Place - Lovely People

We spent our first holiday in Paros at Villa Daphne. Simply Amazing! Wonderful location and very nice house. The villa is very well furnished with all you need to feel great. You have really easy access (by car) to some beautiful beaches and you can quickly reach many nice spots as well as Parikia and Naoussa. Tina is a perfect landlady and talking to her you feel how much she loves her house and the island. This is what makes Villa Daphne different from most of the holiday homes you can find in the web.

Villa Daphne is ideally situated in a very beautiful rural area, overlooking the famous Golden beach, in a little distance ( only 2-3 klm far away) from the pittoresque villages of Dryos, Marpissa and Piso Livadi and with a really easy and quick access by car to Parikia (only 20 klm far away) and Naousa(only 15 klm far away) and all the other beautiful beaches of the island ( Chrissi Akti -800 meters far away, Lolantonis, Pouda Beach, Logaras Beach, Drios Beach 2-3 Klm far away) .Breathtaking sea view to the Aegean Sea, fantastic garden with trees and flowers, serene and totally safe area , ideal choice especially for families . Fully equipped with everything you need to feel great and nicely decorated with both classical and Greek traditional elements of decoration.
