The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked. If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee.
