All our units are managed and maintained by the resort. Upon arrival, guests will check-in at the resort’s front desk using their resort confirmation #, just as if they had booked directly through the resort.

** Please note – An enhancement project at Grande Ocean is underway through June 30th, 2019 with the construction of a new activities building. Because construction is almost complete any disruptions or detraction should be minimal.

NOTE regarding "View": When we purchased this timeshare 20+ years ago, it was sold as "Oceanside", that provided an ocean view. Unfortunately, the trees that were planted have grown so large that they can obstruct the ocean view in some villas, and Hilton Head has very strict laws prohibiting the removal of trees. Therefore, Marriott now calls this a "Courtyard" view and the view can range from a very good view of the ocean to a comfortable shady view of the beautiful internal landscapes and pool views. Being a Chairman’s Club level owner for over 20 years of 4 units can help, but I cannot guarantee any particular view; I can make a request for you.
