House dedicated preferably to family or senior groups. Strictly maximum 12 people. No exceptions (except baby under 18 months).

This beautiful and spacious house is located in a shaded and quiet place. It offers many rooms and bedrooms. It has been tastefully and luxuriously renovated. The house is ideally located between the lake (7 min away on foot) and the beaches (5 min away by car). There are 5 terraces, one of which offers a gated and heated pool (gate and electric cover), and a covered terrace offers garden furniture and griddle. There is tennis court 10 m away, in the condominium (key required). Bicycles, Ping-Pong table, and canoes are available. It has been rated as a 4-star house by the tourist office of Landes.
It offers a good capacity with 6 bedrooms, 4 of which are equipped with toilets (a total of 4 160-cm beds, a 140-cm bed and 2 90-cm twin beds,). There are 2 showerooms with toilet, a bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen. You will also find a dining room with fireplace and a living room with TNT TV and DVD player. The house offers Wi-Fi access, as well as a washing machine and a tumble dryer. We offer an electric heating system (with a fixed price of €220 /week), which is required during colder months.

Everyone can have a good time in this house, from the smallest to the oldest, thanks to a good distribution of parts.
The independent rooms, small rest areas furnished with sofas, cushions and plaids allow to isolate oneselves from each other and thus enjoy quiet time. The independent small sanitory in the rooms as well as the 3 bathrooms avoid a sanitary occupation. In total 7 water points (not counting the kitchen and toilets.) The interior decoration (spots of colors on the walls and some works of art) gives to this house all its personality A small crush goes to the room upstairs with its private terrace. The "children's corner" is arranged with great attention (quantity games, DVD books, disguises) .The sanitary equipment and appliances is very comfortable.


We put a special attention in wellcoming our hosts and helping them in the preparation (sending of a personalized tourist guide).

This is an amazing property with fantastic facilities that exceeded our expectation. It is ideally situated between the country and the coast with easy access to amazing beaches, fabulous lakeside and forestry. I can’t recommend this house highly enough.

Haute Rive Biscarrosse

Lovely house with plenty of room for 10 people. Very clean, comfortable and everything needed for a relaxing holiday. It's a short drive to the coast and you can walk through the woods from the house. All in all, a splendid place for a family gathering.

An absolutely amazing property. The main sitting room is huge and extends to the kitchen and dining area. We had very enjoyable week here and the niceness of this house was part of it. The pool is elegent and larger than I was expecting.

Quiet area, perfect house for families

A lovely quiet house, very well equipped, with many facilities for young children - games room, toys, wendy house - and baby facilities too. The pool is lovely and has a good safety barrier. The manager was always available for any issues, and very helpful. The nearby lake, within walking distance, is fabulous, and again safe for children, being shallow. The sea is a few minutes' drive away and has a huge beach and a great bar which serves good food and is a wonderful spot for sundowners. Great shops and restaurants by the beach and everyone is very friendly. A lovely area, but it gets very busy at the beginning of July.

Amazing holiday!!!

We recently stayed at this holiday rental as a group of friends with children ranging from 5 to 15 years old. The location is beautiful and incredibly relaxing, perfect for our summer holiday. The surrounding area offers a plethora of activities. Highlights for us were the lake, aqua park, local karting track and most importantly the pool. There's something for everyone. The accommodation itself truly lives up to its 4-star rating. The amenities are top-notch, and everything is well-maintained and clean. The decor is tasteful and bright. The layout works wonderfully, allowing enough space for everyone to be together or apart. The host was very welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If we were to highlight one area that requires attention, it would be the disappointing lack of matching glassware. While this is a minor detail, having coordinated glassware would enhance the overall experience (especially when enjoying a drink at sunset). Overall, we highly recommend this property for anyone (particularly families) looking to unwind and enjoy a mix of relaxation and local activities.

Magnifique villa

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment dans cette villa splendide au milieu des pins. La demeure est très vaste et les espaces bien définis, l'idéal pour un séjour intergénérationnel. Il est facile de trouver de l'inimité au sein de la communauté. Les prestations sont haut de gamme, la piscine de belle taille et la proximité du lac en accès privé est un plus bien appréciable. Les jeunes ont également beaucoup apprécié le tennis réservé aux résidents.Ludivine (conciergerie) et Bénédicte (propriétaire) sont très réactives et sympathiques. Tout est mis en œuvre pour le bien-être des vacanciers. Rien à redire!

Wir haben hier einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub verlebt (12 Personen). Den Kindern hat besonders der großzügige Pool viel Spaß gemacht. Das Anwesen lädt zum Entspannen und Erholen ein. Von hier aus konnten wir viele schöne Ausflugsziele erreichen. Das Ferienhaus hat einen einladenden Wohn- und Essbereich mit angrenzender Terrasse, die wir oft und gern genutzt haben. Das Haus ist recht hellhörig, man sollte sich als „Urlaubsgruppe“ schon mögen.

Ideales Familienhaus für einen entpannten Urlaub

Das voll ausgestattete,ruhig gelegene Haus mit gesichertem Pool und umzäunten Garten sowie einem Spielparadies im Dachgeschoss bietet alles für einen entspannten Urlaub für die Familie. Der wunderschöne See und das Meer sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Gastgeberin Bénédicte sorgte für perfekte Organisation in allen Belangen. A Fantastic Holiday in Biscarosse

We have just spent 2 weeks in this villa. There were 9 of us on a big family holiday aged from 80-15 and everyone had a great time. The facilities were excellent, it had everything that you could possibly need. We had a couple of issues which were dealt with immediately by the excellent concierge service. The location is good if you like peace and quiet, but you will need a car to get to the lake and the town. The only criticism is that we would have liked to have spent longer there.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable en famille (6 adultes et 4 enfants) dans cette très jolie maison dont nous avons aimé la luminosité et le confort. La piscine sécurisée a été particulièrement appréciée en cette période de canicule. Excellent contact avec Bénédicte, la propriétaire et Amélie qui nous a accueillis et qui a veillé sur nous pendant notre séjour. Nous tenons à les remercier l’une et l’autre.

Geräumiges Haus in herrlicher Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus bietet viel Platz für eine größere Gruppe. Es verfügt über einen geräumigen Gemeinschaftsbereich zum gemeinsamen Kochen, Essen und Spielen, aber auch über kleinere gemütliche Räume zum individuellen Relaxen. Das Haus liegt wunderschön in einem Waldgebiet, nah am See (fußläufig) und am Atlantik (10 Minuten mit dem Auto). Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Superbe séjour dans cette magnifique Villa

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette belle propriété. La villa est proche du lac où une plage privée nous permettait de profiter de la baignade. La plage se rejoint en quelques minute à pieds. Le terrain de tennis est un vrai plus car il est très proche de la propriété. Parfait pour une partie matinale. La piscine est très belle et profonde, bordée d'espace pour prendre un bain de soleil. Des parois vitrées offre de la sécurité pour les enfants. Merci pour votre confiance et pour le superbe séjour.
