Amenities:

- Private Pool w/baby fence and Hot Tub. **IMPORTANT INFORMATION** The Pool and Hot Tub are heated with a shared heat pump (when the Hot Tub is heating, the Pool is not heating). The Pool heats to approximately 85F (depending on the outside temperature - does not heat well when the overnight temperature drops to 60F or colder and will not heat at all when the overnight temperature drops to 50F or colder). It takes approximately 48 hours for the Pool to heat depending on the outside temperature (the colder it is, the longer it takes to heat). There is a $150 fee (recurring weekly) to heat the pool. The Hot Tub heats to approximately 101F (depending on the outside temperature - does not heat well when the overnight temperature drops to 60F or colder and will not heat at all when the overnight temperature drops to 50F or colder). It takes approximately 90 minutes for the Hot Tub to heat depending on the outside temperature (the colder it is, the longer it takes to heat). There is a 3-hour timer on the Hot Tub - it will turn off after having been on for 3 hours. However, it may immediately be turned on again
