Come stay at the furthest west property on the beach with one of the best views around. Situated on Inlet beach this property allows you to enjoy freshwater and saltwater all at once! Pinnacle Port is located in the very popular Carillon Beach resort area and just a short distance to the scenic area of South Walton known as the famous 30a!
Our condo has been completely remodeled. We have a new 50" smart TV in the living room, a brand new kitchen and appliances. The mattresses and beds are brand new. This is luxury at it's best. Great views from the balcony of sunrise and great views of sunsets from the living room and the downstairs bedroom. Pinnacle Port is truly old Florida living.
The resort has tons of amenities and located in its own gated community. We have two pools, one heated in the winter and closed off to make it an indoor pool. We have tennis courts, bocce ball courts, shuffleboard courts, volleyball and a playground. WIFI and cable are provided in the condo. We also have the beautiful Lake Powell to the rear of the property, it is a coastal dune lake which is great for fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, boating, and jet skiing. Camp Helen rents kayaks for your enjoyment. No crowded beaches on this end of the beach, the only thing missing is YOU!

During our stay the riptide was so bad that we could not get in the ocean but the complex had two pools that made it nice to cool off. The room was as described online and the owners were readily available for easy checkin and questions. We had a wonderful time.

Great View!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. The kiddos enjoyed swimming in both the pools and we loved sitting at the bar in the living room drinking coffee and watching the dolphins that came every morning.

Why they chose this property

We have always dreamed of having a beach home, we purchased this unit in Pinnacle Port in May of 2019. The property has fantastic ocean and inlet lake-front views. Getting to the beach is a breeze and there is a breathtaking ocean view from every window and balcony. This condo is extremely close to all the 30a restaurants and close enough to Panama City beach for the fun and amenities, but far enough to avoid the crowds. The security of a gated resort entrance, the beauty of the area, the many amenities, and the beautiful sandy white beaches just outside of the buildings door is exactly why we choose this property!

What makes this property unique

The views of the gulf and coast line from the balcony and every window and the amazingly calming views of lake Powell. The active sea life is fun to watch and the lake is great place to throw your crab trap in hopes of catching dinner. Pinnacle Port is one of the closest resorts to the water and can not be outdone.
