Newly renovated condo. You will LOVE having one of the of the few owner's reserved parking spots located directly under Celadon just steps from the beach and the elevator! You can leave your beach gear in the trunk right on the beach if you desire!

PLEASE BE AWARE, there is no smoking in the condo or on the balcony. There are smoking designated areas outside.

Welcome to the beach!

This 5th floor, NEWLY RENOVATED beachfront condo features unforgettable views of the Emerald Coast's beautiful white sugar-sand beaches and emerald waters. The condo has two large master bedrooms that both have new king beds and offer connected bathrooms. There's also a private, separate bunk room...perfect for the kids! BEACH LOUNGE SERVICE IS INCLUDED IN SEASON!

The living area and Master bedrooms have their own cable/SMART TV's and DVD players. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo. There's a full-size washer and dryer located in the condo for your convenience, and all linens and bath towels are provided.

Featuring upgrades throughout, there's also a fully equipped kitchen which includes dishes, pots, pans and all the utensils you'll need to prepare that perfect meal.

The spacious beachfront balcony provides for spectacular sunset viewing, marine-life sightings, or just enjoying the sounds of the crashing waves and relaxing in the fresh ocean air.

Celadon Resort features many wonderful amenities, including two sparkling pools and hot tubs. One of the pools is located directly on the beach and the other is a large, heated indoor/outdoor pool. Access to the sugar sand beach is conveniently located right off the elevator, by private boardwalk and includes outdoor showers. There's also a fitness center, shuffleboard, tennis courts, picnic tables and charcoal grills available for your use.

Also, for the exclusive use of our guests, we own one of the few reserved parking spaces directly under the Resort at ground level. This means you're just steps from the elevators and also the beach! If you have an oversized vehicle, or multiple vehicles there's also plenty of room in the multi-level garage accessible by a climate-controlled walkover. A PARKING PASS is required. Visit celadon.parkingattendant .com. Passes are $45 (for 3-30 days).

Panama City Beach's new shopping, dining and entertainment center, Pier Park and Aaron Bessant Park Amphitheater are only five minutes from the condo. Frank Brown Sports Complex, the new Russell-Fields Pier along with other Panama City Beach attractions are also conveniently located.

Loved the property and location. Need to update the info with correct network name and password. Remote had no batteries for living room TV. Beach view master bath has bad light switch. No one available for checkin so we called and were told no checkin needed. Need to update arrival message to indicate current process.

The condo was perfect! From the entry into the condo, to the cleanliness! The view is beautiful, from the time you enter the condo there’s the view! The owners are very responsive and friendly. Loved everything! Will stay in the condo again! Plus the reserved parking was a pleasant bonus!

Beautiful Beachfront Property

Beautiful location with easy, direct access to beach. Kitchen has everything you could need, beds are comfortable, and full size washer and dryer. Very clear instructions and prompt communication with property owners.

Enjoyed our month stay at Celadon Beach Resort. Nice quiet end of PCB. Our condo was nice but needs some attention. I would would stay at Celadon again, but I would try a different condo.

I hate to give a great review because I don’t want to share this condo with anyone else. Lol Truth be told everything was perfect. Location, cleanliness, parking, pools and ease of beach access were all fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it was stocked. This is my #1 go to at PCB. I have no desire to stay anywhere else.

5 star condo, 5 star owners, 5 star location!!!! PERFECT

Condo is amazing and most spacious two bedroom (plus bunkroom) we have ever seen. Clean and includes everything you would need. Building is kept up well with clean beaches and spacious pools. Never had a problem getting good parking even on busy July 4th week. Location is exceptional on west end and Jill/Jason were great to communicate with, always very quick to respond and patient with all my questions. We have stayed in several condos across Florida in the past 10+ years and this was our favorite. Would highly recommend!!!!

This place was excellent. We absolutely loved the location, as it was the last high rise before it turned residential. There was never any heavy traffic, and had several great restaurants or stores were within walking distance. Jill and Jason’s place was extremely clean and beautiful, and they were extremely easy to work with and had excellent communication throughout. The place was stocked with everything needed to enjoy a week on the beach. We had an amazing time, and made some wonderful memories with the family on the beach. Thomas’ Donuts were delicious and well within walking distance : ) Even the maintenance crew at the facility was extremely polite and professional as they worked diligently to keep Celadon clean. I can’t say anything bad about the trip except for double red flags each day at the beach. Thank you again.

No surprises, just as advertised.

Stayed for a week for our spring break, place was just as listed no surprises. My only complaint would be there was no real TV to watch, like the news or anything which was fine, however sometimes you wanna catch up on news etc. They have a list of how to get make the Direct TV to work, however no one could figure it out and we are not idiots when it comes to technology. But not having broadcast tv to watch was not a big deal, it was just kind of frustrating. The only other thing was the patio screen doors didn't work and appeared to be like that for some time. They are just off the track just laying up against the door. The weather was perfect to let in some fresh air and listen to the waves, something we cant do back home and would of liked to leave the doors open when the weather would allow it. But overall its a great unit for a small family, the complex is set up well for what we needed. The heated pool is the one near the parking ramp, the one on the water is not heated unfortunately. Tennis courts were nice, however the shuffle board was more or less an afterthought placed on top of the parking ramp with no lights for evening play. Chair service was nice, best to let them know how long your staying, have to get down there early to get front row. We actually brought chairs and went on the side of the condo, otherwise they place the chairs with only about 2 feet apart from your neighbors chairs. But overall it was great place to spend a week, we enjoyed it.

Amazing condo! Amazing owners!

First off, I can’t say enough about the owners of this condo! They go above and beyond to make things, right! They are so quick to respond when you need something! We actually had a storm come through when we were there that knocked out Internet coverage and they let us know what was going on with the service while we were there. This condo is so clean and has everything possible that you would ever need just like you were in your own home! The kitchen is fully stocked with any utensil you would ever need for baking or cooking. My wife even baked cookies one night. This condo even has a full-size washer and dryer. On top of having to master bedrooms, it has a bunk room that you can close the door for privacy unlike most of the condos in Panama City. The balcony with this condo is amazing. They have a total of six captains chairs that are very comfortable with a table between each sets of chairs, which you can enjoy your morning, coffee, or a beverage with in the evening! What’s even more amazing this condo comes with a set of beach chairs and an umbrella which the guys on the beach are amazing and take complete care of you for the whole week you’re there! Those guys do an amazing job and don’t get enough credit for what they do! The celadon beach resort is one of the best kept secrets in Panama City Beach! You will not be disappointed with this one!

We loved Celadon. We loved this unit. It’s newly decorated with good furniture. We picked a great week. We had beautiful weather! The water was clear.. some algae moss. There was not a lot of people on the beach. All the guests we talked to were friendly and most had stayed at Celadon multiple years. We will stay again here for sure!! It was very relaxing! Not sure if this is just an old person thing.. but we looked for and never found a guest book. We like to read where people are from and places they visited and reviews of restaurants in PCB.

Fantastic location

I cannot say enough good things about this lovely condo and location in PCB. Jason/Jill have made their place warm and cozy with all the comforts of home. We had zero needs or problems. Extremely comfortable master bed and an enormous sectional in living room. Throw blankets were a nice touch and appreciated on chilly mornings. Plenty of seating — even on the balcony! We loved every minute of our stay and will be back!
