Ground floor apartment, view on central garden, air conditioned, fitted and fully furnished kitchen, washing machine. Sdb with wc and soft. Shared swimming pool in the residence. Independent new fitted kitchen (top fridge with fridge, oven, sink, microwave, four hotplates and hood). Parking facilities with two large free and paid public parking spaces opposite the residence. REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: 200 EURO PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL IN CASH OR BY CHECK (French or Italian).
