At the edge of the bay of Mt-St-Michel, rental of an authentic bakery, renovated under the aegis of the Heritage Foundation and transformed into a cottage recently. Domaine de la Chauvinière is a seventeenth century character property with four fully independent gites for 2, 3, 4 and 5 people, in the middle of a large park of one hectare classified "Ornithological refuge GONm". Un petit gîte singulier niché dans un superbe parc arboré verdoyant

Un accueil sympathique et très cordial dans le lieu par Jean-Louis le propriétaire. Le parc est immense et magnifique. L'endroit, tranquille, calme et authentique, tout proche de la baie du Mont Saint Michel, est merveillleusement situé pour découvrir la côte normande et profiter des spécialités régionales, carameuh compris ! Avec quelques échappées possibles vers la Bretagne.

Extrem entspannend

Wir waren über Weihnachten und den Jahreswechsel dort und es war einfach herrlich entspannt. Der Gastgeber herzlich, das Häuschen schnuckelig, die Lage im Park ganz ruhig, ohne Nachbarn oder Lärm. Der Strand mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar und ein kleiner Laden auch zu Fuß.

Vacances sous le soleil, dans un parc magnifique 5 étoiles

Nous avons appréciés nos vacances. L'accueil de notre Hôte fût très chaleureux durant tout le séjour. Le parc est magnifique et le gîte superbe. Nous avons pu découvrir la baie du mont Saint Michel a travers le sentier du littoral qui se trouve à proximité du gîte. Nous recommandons ce séjour détente.

Heerlijke plek!!

Ik was op zoek naar rust, en dat vond ik hier. Lief klein huisje met alles wat je nodig hebt in een hele mooie rustige landelijke omgeving. Klein huisje met grote tuin, eigen ingang en prima uitvalsbasis voor bezoeken in de prachtige omgeving! Jean Louis gaf me meteen heel veel informatie over de geschiedenis van de plek en informatie over de omgeving. Daar heb ik veel aan gehad. Een hele lieve en behulpzame man. Kom hier graag een keer terug! Aanrader!

Beautiful quiet house in lovely grounds

We had a lovely stay in the Petit Boulangerie. The gardens are beautiful and interesting, the position is really quiet. Jean-Louis was a great host, and provided bicylces too! There is plenty to do and see locally, and is also located within an hour of some beautiful towns and cities.

Gîte de la "boulangerie", charmant et fonctionnel

Un accueil très chaleureux. Un gîte atypique, très agréable, fonctionnel entouré d'un immense parc boisé, très bien entretenu qui permet d'être dépaysé, au calme et d'apprécier le chant des oiseaux. Idéalement placé pour découvrir la baie du Mont saint Michel.

Séjour au domaine de la Chauvinière (boulangerie)

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la boulangerie. Ce petit gite est très sympa, très rare de trouver un beau gite comme celui ci pour deux personnes. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants,très sympas. Belles balades aux alentours ( baie du mont st michel, bec d'andaine, Avranches, Granville, etc.) Beau parc, terrain avec différentes espèces d'arbres. Nous vous conseillons ce gite.

Superbe séjour dans ce gîte pour 2 pers.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette boulangerie rénovée en gîte. Le confort et la tranquillité sont présents. Idéalement placé, nous sommes resté au calme dans le parc magnifiquement arboré. Propriétaire fort sympathique et très accueillant. Location à renouveler l'année prochaine!
