Petit appartement idéal pour 1 couple avec enfants.

Bel appartement très propre, bien aménagé et confortable (bonne literie, vaisselle en quantité, machine à café expresso, lave vaisselle, 2 frigos dont un sur la terrasse très pratique, belle salle de bain, climatisation), possibilité de réserver un terrain de tennis et accès à la piscine surveillée de la résidence. Jolie vue sur le port depuis la terrasse et à 50 m de la plage. Donc très bonne situation si on aime la tranquillité, obligation de prendre la voiture pour aller au Grau du Roi ou la navette nautique pour travers le canal portuaire.
