We have equipped and furnished our apartment to our taste: simple, beautiful, warm and functional. We want to feel like in our house: a place where we live, where we have beautiful memories, a place where one feels good. Currently retired, we share this small happiness with our tenants. Went on vacation in Grau du Roi in 1994 for the first time we fell in love with this fishing village. In 2001, we had the opportunity to acquire this apartment. We immediately hand over its surface, its layout: alcove, corner day, his garden, his rarely open parking, greenery. We spend pleasant moments like winter.

Une belle semaine de vacances passé chez Mr et Mme Fevre. Un appartement spacieux Tout y est pour passer de bonnes vacances. Les explications ; le matériel.... L' appartement est idéalement situé à peine 10 minutes à pied du centre ville et de la plage. L' espace extérieur est extra nos 3 garçons en on bien profité. Pas de vis à vis bref une très bonne adresse. Merci La famille Pezzoli

j ai passée un séjour fantastique l appart est pas loin de la ville du grau du roi et les plages sur place il y a des vélos a votre disposions c est très agréable de partir en ballade a vélo l appartement et agréable et très fonctionnel très beau les propriétaires sont très sympa et réactive ( par sms)quand vous avez besoin de renseignement a l arriver du séjour je vous en remercie

L'appartement est très bien situé au Grau du Roi (calme, proximité mer et peu éloigné à pied du centre ville ) . Il est confortable , très bien équipé et son jardin contigüe est un plus dès que le climat le permet.

Nous avons apprécié le fait que cet appartement soit spacieux et dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires. L'espace extérieur est un plus quand on a des enfants qui peuvent s'amuser dans le jardin. Un parking attenant à la location est disponible et toujours libre ce qui permet de ne pas perdre son temps à chercher une place. Etant donnée la situation sanitaire de l'année, nous avons préféré nous rendre sur l'immense plage de l'Espiguette qui est rapidement accessible en voiture. Des commerces (boulangerie, primeur, super U) sont relativement proches. Deux vélos sont réellement fonctionnels. La location est située près d'un immeuble ce qui fait perdre un peu du charme au lieu mais elle reste idéale pour se reposer.

Appartement très bien équipé. Dispose d’une cour pour se garer et déjeuner en plein air. Même si la météo ne nous a pas permis de nous promener, la propriétaire met volontiers à disposition des vélos, ce qui est un plus indéniable. En conclusion, nous recommandons cet appartement sans aucune réserve.
