Located in the privileged area of the Biscarrosse golf course, facing the national forest, without any opposite, the Cabane Garance is a wooden villa inspired by the chic Cabanes of Cap Ferret. It will seduce you with its charm and its naturally wild peaceful setting.

Built on a beautiful 1000 m2 enclosed garden with trees, the villa has a large wooden terrace with a private 8 * 4 heated and secure swimming pool with a large paddling pool for children and mothers !!!

The villa consists of a fully equipped open kitchen, a spacious living room with large openings opening onto a covered terrace facing the pine trees and the swimming pool.
You have 3 bedrooms including a dormitory with two bunk beds (for 4 children), 2 bathrooms, a cellar, 1 wc.
Outside a shed * completes this set. The latter consists of a double bedroom with shower room and wc.

The villa has an independent garage and parking for 2 cars.

Comfort and careful decoration make it an exceptional place.
The villa is fully air conditioned and the swimming pool heated from June to September.

We provide you with a plancha, a barbecue, a ping-pong table.

A deposit of € 1,500 is required for your stay upon arrival payable by check or bank transfer. This will be returned to you within a maximum of 14 days if no damage is found.

* The rental of the Cabanon is optional, its price is € 200 per week.

The cleaning costs are 150 € for the villa or 200 € for the villa + shed.
We also offer a rental of bed linen and towels for € 200 per stay extra.

Herrliche Woche in Biscarrosse / Superbe semaine Ă  Biscarrosse

Das Haus und der Pool sind ideal fĂŒr einen Aufenthalt mit zwei Familien. Besonders schön ist die Lage an einem dicht bewachsenen Hang, so dass man immer ins GrĂŒne sieht. Die BĂ€ume am Hang geben immer einen herrlich angenehmen Schatten. Der Vermieter Frederic ist sehr aufmerksam. Als nach einem starken Gewitter SpĂŒlmaschine und Backofen gestört waren, hat er selbst am nĂ€chsten Abend eine neue SpĂŒlmaschine eingebaut und auch der Backofen war am nĂ€chsten Tag durch einen neuen ersetzt. Im Ferienhaus ist sehr guter Wein von einem mit Frederic befreundeten Weingut vorhanden, der gekauft werden kann. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. La maison et la piscine sont idĂ©ales pour un sĂ©jour avec deux familles. La situation sur un versant Ă  la vĂ©gĂ©tation dense est particuliĂšrement agrĂ©able, de sorte que l'on a toujours vue sur la verdure. Les arbres sur la pente donnent toujours une ombre agrĂ©able. Le propriĂ©taire, FrĂ©dĂ©ric, est trĂšs attentionnĂ©. Lorsque le lave-vaisselle et le four Ă©taient en panne aprĂšs un fort orage, il a lui-mĂȘme installĂ© un nouveau lave-vaisselle le lendemain soir et le four Ă©tait Ă©galement remplacĂ© par un nouveau le jour suivant. Dans la maison de vacances, il y a du trĂšs bon vin d'un domaine viticole ami de FrĂ©dĂ©ric, que l'on peut acheter. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Maison en bois moderne, trÚs agréable et lumineuse.

Excellent emplacement; au calme, à proximité immediate du lac, 15' de la plage/centre, 30' de la dune du pilat et d'Arcachon (cap ferret par bateau). TrÚs grande terrasse en bois couverte (permettant de manger à l'extérieur par presque tous les temps et à l'ombre) qui se prolonge vers la piscine et aménagée en differents espaces. Le séjour a été apprécié par les grands-parents, enfants et petits-enfants (9 personnes dont 2 enfants), la maison/les espaces sont suffisamment grands et confortables pour ne pas se sentir "les uns sur les autres". Bonne literie, décoration "cosy" ainsi qu'une cuisine confortable et fonctionnelle. Le propriétaire est bienveillant et réactif (ajout d'un lit supplémentaire en derniÚre minute).

La maison et son exterieur sont trÚs agréables. Nous avons adoré y passer la semaine entre amis avec 2 enfants en bas ùge. La piscine est sécurisée, tout le monde a pu en profiter. Je recommande chaudement cette location ! Merci a Frédéric pour son accueil.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Biscarrosse in der Cabane de FrĂ©dĂ©ric. Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen mit Blick auf den Pinienwald und einem großzĂŒgigen Garten mit Pool. Die Lage ist super, zwischen See und Meer. Alles ist sehr gut zu erreichen, ob mit Rad oder Auto. Das Haus entspricht auch den Bildern und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Betreuung durch FrĂ©dĂ©ric hat sehr gut geklappt und FrĂ©dĂ©ric war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und auch immer erreichbar. Vielen Dank dafĂŒr!

Repos et découverte de Biscarosse et son lac

Séjour bien agréable en famille dans la cabane de Garance. Maison située dans un quartier calme à proximité des pistes cyclables,m et du golf permettant de découvrir le lac et ses alentours. La piscine agrémente le jardin sous les pins , la maison est bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Pour sillonner vers la cÎte et les commerces la voiture reste de mise. Accueil trÚs aimable facile et bienveillant des propriétaires.

Traumurlaub im Paradies

Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum. Es ist genau wie auf den Bildern, traumhaft neben einem WĂ€ldchen gelegen, Garten und Haus wunderbar gepflegt, die Einrichtung geschmackvoll und gemĂŒtlich. Es war alles da, was man braucht und noch vieles mehr, das den Aufenthalt verschönert hat (z.B. die Tischtennisplatte oder die Plancha). FrĂ©dĂ©ric war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, wir haben uns total wohl gefĂŒhlt. Vielen Dank dafĂŒr! Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal da!

Wunderschönes Haus, tolles Ambiente!

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in diesem wunderbaren Ambiente. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und die Kinder haben vor allem den Pool genossen und viel an der Tischtennisplatte gespielt. Schöner Strand am See und am Meer, Auto erforderlich

Oasis dans la forĂȘt de Pimien

Maison en bois de bon goĂ»t, bien Ă©quipĂ©e, situĂ©e dans un endroit trĂšs calme au bord d'une forĂȘt de pins, avec une belle piscine d'eau salĂ©e. Le lac et le terrain de golf sont accessibles Ă  pied, l'ocĂ©an Atlantique Ă  quelques minutes en voiture. De grandes excursions Ă  vĂ©lo sont Ă©galement possibles depuis la maison. FrĂ©dĂ©ric, le propriĂ©taire, est trĂšs sympathique et serviable. Nous avons passĂ© de merveilleuses vacances, merci beaucoup ! Thomas et Sabine

De magnifiques vacances

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison qui a tout pour plaire: idéalement située (à 5 mn à pieds du lac, à 2mn à pieds du golf, à 10mn en voiture de la plage), confortable (séjour spacieux, magnifique terrasse, grande piscine) trÚs bien équipée (ustensiles de cuisine, lave vaisselle, climatisation,lit parapluie
). Pour parfaire cette expérience, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Frédéric et sa fille à notre arrivée. Le lieu idéal pour découvrir la région et déconnecter. Réservez sans hesiter.

Une cabane premium dans la forĂȘt !

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour Ă  la Cabane Garance, oĂč tout est conçu pour que chacun passe un bon moment: jeux divers, piscine chauffĂ©e, cabanon sĂ©parĂ©, Ă©quipements complets. Et surtout un environnement reposant et inspirant, face Ă  la forĂȘt, uniquement troublĂ© par le passage des Ă©cureuils et des golfeurs. La maison est au calme sans ĂȘtre isolĂ©e puisque le lac et les pistes cyclables sont Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate. Merci FrĂ©dĂ©ric pour vos attentions Ă  notre arrivĂ©e et la communication fluide.
