One of the best locations we’ve ever stayed! Nina was the perfect host! Accommodations were as advertised-maybe better! The hot tub was a huge bonus after our outdoor activities from the previous days and the breakfast Nina provided was a huge cherry on top! Would highly recommend and will definitely book again in the future!!

3 Pines Sanctuary was wonderful!

Our stay at 3 Pines couldn't have been better! Our Hostess was wonderful! She was very responsive to any questions we had and was lovely to visit with.The location was private and close to town, our room was very comfortable, and the homemade breakfast was delicious. If we return to Sedona again, we will definetly stay there!!

We had a great time staying here in Sedona! The room was very clean and the bathroom was spacious and nice. The outdoor patio area was lovely. Nina was a great host who was always helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast was great every morning including amazing freshly baked muffins. Absolutely would stay here again!

Very Nice Visit

We enjoyed our stay mainly due to the efforts of our host Nina to provide anything and everything we needed - from very nice continental breakfast each morning to tips on restaurants and hikes. The room is small, but perfectly fine; bathroom is good sized. Good location for quick access to all parts of Sedona.

Nina was a fantastic host. Our room was outfitted with premium quality linens, toiletries, robes, you can really tell Nina pays attention to the details and enjoys making sure her guests are well cared for. The breakfast on the porch was fantastic! We enjoyed lounging in the hot tub and all around would recommend and stay with Nina again! The location is so central and made it easy to get to all sides of town pretty qquickly!

This the best VRBO property that I have stayed at. Nina is an excellent host and thinks of all the little details that make you feel welcome and cared for. Continental breakfasts were delicious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It is very clean, private, very quiet, and peaceful. It is centrally located and near to most activities. I wouldn't think twice about staying here again. Highly recommended!

This was a great place to stay-- comfortable, clean, lovely patio with waterfall, amazing breakfast-- as well as perfect location. Walking distance to town and a nearby trailhead. Nina was very hospitable. She met us when we arrived and proceeded to show us around, let us in and provided all details of how things operated. Nina’s space was exactly what I needed. If you’re looking for a peaceful home base to come back to after exploring all that Sedona has to offer this is it! The space has all the essentials and more. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible. The continental breakfast she provided was SO appreciated and was the perfect way to start the day. I hope to stay again in the future!

The location was great, close to town! Nina was a fabulous host, there if you needed anything but also quiet and relaxing! She brought a breakfast that hit the spot that I enjoyed on the private patio!! I broke my toes the night before I came and she was super helpful getting me ice and helping me feel better. The room is cute and comfortable! We highly recommend staying here and would definitely recommend over a hotel!

Nina greeted us as we pulled up and showed us to our suite. It was perfect for me and my daughter. Great outdoor space with a firepit, water feature and hot tub (which was very clean and so nice after hiking in the rain). The inside was clean and had everything we needed and more. Coffee, tea, hot cocoa, chocolates, water in the fridge and Alexa to play the music of our choice. We would definitely stay here again! I’m attaching a picture of the delicious breakfast Nina provided.

Comfort of home away from home

Nina’s place was AMAZING! Her space had everything to make our stay perfect. The bed was so comfy! The decor was so colorful and fun! She provided a coffee maker, microwave and a fridge too. The towels were super fluffy!! A relaxing porch complete with fire pit and water fountain. The best part was BREAKFAST! Fresh fruit and homemade muffins!! We were in heaven!!! Nina is definitely the hostess queen!!! She made our trip to Sedona unforgettable!!!

Cute Clean but very small

We were a little disappointed in the Room it was very clean the bathroom was big but Very small Nina was great We were under the impression there was a kitchen but it was just a mini fridge and mini microwave It was very small and no place to just sit back and relax after a long day
