LE GRAU VILLAGE - In a typically Mediterranean setting, a three-room, single-storey flat of approximately 60m² in a co-owned building, where all the rooms open onto the patio; bathroom with corner bath and window, separate toilet. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and a double bed.
The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, while the living room has a sofa bed for two people and a dining area with large bay windows opening onto the patio, where you can enjoy life at any time of day. Private parking.
Beach and shops 5 minutes' walk away.

Everything is within walking distance: the beach, shops, the town centre with its southern market, boat trips and evening strolls, the funfair and entertainment for young and old alike. Everything you need for a great holiday is right here.

A €400 deposit by credit card will be required before your stay. Pets not allowed - Tourist tax extra

Fonctionnel mais ameliorations a apporter

Jolie maison mais vu la chaleur ... sur 2 ventilateurs 1 est defectueux donc pas pu dormir pdt 4 nuits ni sieste il faut vraiment le changer... peut etre mettre ventilateurs aux plafonds des chanbres. Voisins irrespectueux ext. Bruyants volontairement... on ne pouvait pas dormir avant 1h du matin barbecue avec alcool a bruler... cris des parents et enfants tous les jours ...Donc ok pas de vis a vis mais juste qq canisses qui separent notre terrasse de la leur... 1 mur pour separer serait mieux qd meme. Nous avons faillis partir en milieu de semaine tant c etait insupportable qd on devait rentrer le soir de nos activites.
