2-room terraced house 40 m2. Dining room with 1 double sofabed (130 cm, length 190 cm), TV and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, mini-oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Terrace 20 m2, south facing position terrace 15 m2, north facing position. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm.

Très jolie petite maison , propre et pratique . équipement plus que complet et fonctionnel . Lieu calme et facile d accès . Juste il faut prendre le vélo pour rejoindre plus rapidement les commerces et plage qui a pied sont un peu éloignés et en voiture difficile de se garer à cette saison donc le vélo c est top.

Die Adresse für das Navi ist Le Grau du Roi. Dass bei der Ankunft die gebuchte Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht vorhanden war, war ärgerlich, ärgerlicher war die Behauptung der Mitarbeiter, Bettwäsche und Handtücher seien nicht bestellt. Erst ein Hinweis auf einen Blick auf die Rechnung oder Rücksprache mit Interhome half weiter. Gebrauchsanweisungen für sämtliche Geräte sind nicht vohanden. Telefonische Rücksprachversuche mit Interchalet katastrophal am So. 15.5.

Si possible,mettre un peu plus d'ustensiles de cuisine comme un fouet.Dommage qu'il y ait une cafetière à filtre...acheter une Nespresso serait une bonne idée je pense pour boire de vrais cafés. On a pas de plage à proximité à pied. Sinon,surtout le positif,il y a 2 télés,un wifi efficace, j'ai pu mettre un boitier android TV pour avoir Netflix,bonne literie,2 terrasse,place de parking,lits très bien,volets roulant,ménage inclus,clim,calme,....une bonne loc à un prix très correct.

Petite maison très bien. Par contre faire 1 heure d'attente en plein soleil pour avoir les clefs et ne pas pouvoir les avoir de suite car l'appartement n'est pas fini de nettoyer, cela est inadmissible. De plus, l'heure de la remise des clefs est tardive (17h45) alors que nous avons payé le logement dès le samedi ! Merci de revoir vos horaires d'arrivée afin que l'appartement soit dispo dans la matinée ! Et merci de revoir votre organisation pour la remise des clefs dans vos agences !

Piccolo appartamento ma comodo per tutto!

Ottima posizione dell’appartamento in una zona residenziale. Tranquillo quindi per una piccola famiglia che non vuole rumori. Vicino alla spiaggia, 3 minuti a piedi.

Sehr gute Ausstattung des Hauses, sehr freundliche Agenturmitarbeiter, freundlicher Vermieter, ruhige Lage - schlechte Matratze und zu kleines Bett (wie immer in Frankreich) - zu Ihrer Kenntnis: viele Mücken in den Abendstunden durch die nahegelegenen Seen. Bien aménagé et équipé. Lit qui manque de confort.

Propriété très bien placée, qui a l'avantage d'être un peu en retrait du centre ville donc au calme. Très facile d'accès en 15' à pied du centre ville et 10' de la plage. Pas besoin d'utiliser la voiture pour circuler au grau du roi ou aller à la plage. Terrasse très agréable et parking privé devant la propriété. Seul point négatif, la qualité du matelas dans la chambre.qui est assez moyenne. Je recommanderai cette location.
