Ultra Charming Historical Tudor, 4 bedroom, Cottage Experience with modern updates, eclectically appointed for groups of almost any size to relax, spend time together, and explore Dallas. Close to Deep Ellum (4min drive), Downtown(5-6min), Fair Park/Starplex (3-6 min), the Convention Center (4-6 min), Uptown (5-8min), Bishop Arts (10min), Southside (4-6min), Baylor Hospital (7 min), and all the major sites!

This house is perfect for a group or family looking to have meals together, spend time hanging out, and chilling. There are 4 bedrooms (Bed 1 - Queen with a twin futon; Bed 2 - Queen with a twin futon; Bed 3 - Queen with a Twin daybed, and Bed 4 - 4 Twin bunk beds). We also have 3 queen air mattresses when necessary.

There is enough on site (driveway parking fro 4-6 vehicles); Large dining room hosts 10 people, while the nook and breakfast bar host another 6. 2 large full baths with 3 total showers.

Living room has netflix and apple tv. Wifi throughout. Great kitchen for cooking. Book this today - it tends to book up early.

IMPORTANT: This is a quiet neighborhood; NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. The neighbors will call the police if you are doing anything illegal, creating noise, or are throwing a party. Do Not book if you intend to have more people than the number you book for.

Property Cancelled Day-Of

We booked our property over a month in advance. The property was cancelled by the owner the day of the visit, after we were already travelling to the city. The owner was apologetic and refunded us the full value of the stay, but we had to scramble to find accomodations last minute (something you can't do on vrbo, by the way). We contacted vrbo about the issue and they said there was nothing they could do. I would not recommend booking through this site if you want to make sure you actually have accomodations when you arrive at your destination.
