Impressive garden and swimming pool in a very quiet environment

The garden is very spacious, with a small forest and a clean and well-kept swimming pool. The barbecue area in front of the pool is very practical and nice. For its part, the house is spacious and very nice, but needs some maintenance and improve the comfort of the beds.

Espectacular zona exteriror con una agradable piscina y zona para comer

El jardín es muy espacioso, con un pequeño bosque y una piscina limpia y cuidada. La zona de barbacoa, frente a la piscina es muy práctica y bonita. Por su parte, la casa es espaciosa y muy bonita, pero necesita algo de mantenimiento y mejorar el confort de las camas.

Cuidado com a entrega do valor da caução!

Casa grande e espaçosa com uma envolvente bonita. A casa encontra-se algo desmaselada e com problemas de manutenção: piscina com o fundo cheio de verdete, torneiras da cozinha a funcionarem mal, banca entupida, objetos dispersos pela casa com fraca arrumação. Os quartos têm as portas de vidro e são virados para um corredor envidraçado, o que torna impossível dormir com toda a luminosidade. O mais problemático foi a quantidade de camas, já que anunciavam camas para 17 pessoas e na realidade só existem 16 camas. O diálogo com a proprietária não ajudou, já que esta mostrou-se irredutível e cheia de razão. Não houve disponibilidade para encontrar uma solução e um dos hóspedes teve que ficar de fora. Houve um incidente com uma das portas de vidro, que bateu com a corrente de ar quando toda a gente se encontrava no exterior. O vidro partiu e foi reportado imediatamente ao intermediário. A proprietária solicitou-nos que tirassemos as medidas para mandar fazer outro vidro, que prontamente fizemos e enviamos. Mesmo assim no final da estadia foi-nos retirado grande parte do valor daq caução para pagamento do vidro, sem nos terem apresentado nenhuma fatura ou comprovativo do preço do vidro. Um aproveitamento claro e descarado do valor de caução entregue e um ato de desonestidade. Mais uma vez e relativamente ao vidro, o diálogo com a proprietária foi inútil.

Très bon accueil et site superbe pour des vacances en famille. Equipement toutefois trop vieux, le lave linge et le frigo ont été changés en milieu de ma semaine de location, et non adapté à la capacité d'accueil mentionnée pour 17 personnes (frigo trop petit).
