In the center of BINIC the "GRAIN OF BEAUTY" of the Côtes d 'Armor, studios completely redone with a NEW SEA VIEW ... and the BEACH 100 m !!!

Two real little love nests of 30m2 with a 160x200 bed and a fully equipped kitchen with 2 induction hobs, a fridge / freezer, a microwave / oven, kettle, toaster, Senseo machine, pots, pans, and complete dishes .. Decoration of taste. Comfortable accommodation in a small building along the waterfront, FULL SOUTH and close to all SHOPS.

Very quiet building, public parking nearby, beach of La Banche 2 minutes walk, restaurants at the foot of the apartment, bakery and crossroads city a few meters. 15 minutes from Saint-Brieuc train station.

Le studio est bien placé et pas très bruyant malgré la présence de multiples restaurants, facteur qui est en même temps un avantage.Le studio est très agréable, bien aménagé et équipé, la salle de bains très bien .Le contact avec l'hôte était tout à fait correct.De plus, Binic est une station balnéaire très agréable et sympa. Séjour à Binic

Logement propre et conforme à la description. Sa localisation dans les rues commerçantes (bars, restaurants…) le rend très bruyant la nuit. La douche est petite et pas faite pour les grands gabarits. La literie est confortable et le logement correctement équipé.

Je suis désolé si vous avez été dérangé par les nuisances sonores du fait peut être de l’excellente situation du logement. Binic est une station balnéaire, donc forcément au mois d’août il y a un peu d’animation. Cordialement Rénald
