About this property

Folly Beach Condo with Beautiful Oceanview! Walk to Downtown!

Spacious, well-maintained condo with oceanview! This charming condo has hardwood floors throughout, except the bathroom which has 12" ceramic tile floor. The family room has a 55” TV and glass French doors leading to a large covered deck, overlooking the ocean! The bedroom features walk-in closet and another large TV. Although you may want to walk and enjoy the many restaurants in downtown Folly, if you decide to cook, the condo is equipped with a full kitchen and an electric outdoor grill.

Free high speed internet is available in the condo for all of our guests.

This condo is located in the Blue Heron Inn, a house with only 4 units. When we purchased this condo, the features which sold us on it are: ocean view, walk to downtown , and the condition of the unit. We hope your stay here is as memorable as ours! We are very conscientious about the cleanliness and decor......we hope you enjoy! Feel free to call if you have any questions. FYI, Folly Beach passed a new law in 2023 that the minimum # of nights is 3. Also, I typically rent my condo by the week during the warmer months, Saturday to Saturday. However, I go myself for partial weeks which does open a few opportunities for someone to rent the remainder of week 😊

This is a fantastic condo! It was so clean and Pam had everything we needed for a wonderful getaway. The location is perfect. It's a quick walk to the restaurant and shops in town and steps away from the beach. The porch was great for reading and relaxing. I can't wait to come back!

Wonderful stay for a work conference! The host replies promptly if needed and she has thought of all the little things most host do not. My favorite thing was the air conditioner worked really well which was very important to me personally! I want to go back with my kids next time. It’s an ocean view and a very easy walk to the beach!

Folly Family Trip

My husband and I stayed in this condo for several days, with family staying at another property close by. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Nice view of the ocean and VERY easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We loved Bert’s store which is conveniently located a short distance behind us. Our only issue was the young revelers staying in a property behind us (not our same building). They partied beyond 2:30 am on Saturday morning. This had nothing to do with the charming condo, though. We would definitely stay again.

Repeat Stay - Just as excellent!

This was our second stay here and the location is perfection. Everything you could want: laundry, full kitchen, perfect views on the front porch - this place has it all. We love the dedicated off-street parking space (parking in FB can be tough), close to everything on Center St, Bert’s and Dead Low Coffee so you don’t even need your car - park it, and forget it. The host is excellent, great communication throughout. Also love the easy check-in process (self)!

Perfect spot to enjoy ALL of Folly Beach!

My husband, teen daughter and I enjoyed our stay so much! It was the perfect amount of space for the three of us and the location was absolutely wonderful. Parked the car on arrival and didn’t drive again until we departed. Walking to the beach, shops, restaurants and grocery store was so easy and fun. The condo was even better than the pictures showed and the porch overlooking the ocean was cozier than imagined. Pam was a great host and we can’t wait to book another trip.

I had never heard of Folly Beach until my sister, who lives in Charleston, suggested I check it out one day while I was visiting her. That one day at the beach had me hooked on the quaint little island! I am blessed to own my little “Slice of Heaven” there!
