Large character house, very quiet. Ideal for large families. Located 2 km from St Genis-de-Saintonge (all shops) and 10 km from Jonzac or Pons. The Gironde coasts (from Mortagne-sur-Gironde to Royan) range from 18 to 45 km.
On the ground floor, a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven) opening onto an outdoor terrace (facing south and shaded). A large dining room opening onto an elevated terrace (facing west). A large living room, hallway, toilet and a large dormitory room with a capacity of 6 to 8 people if necessary (otherwise this room will remain closed).
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms furnished as follows: bedroom 1, 2 single beds; bedroom 2, a double bed; bedroom 3, very large, 2 double beds and a single bed. A bathroom with bathtub. Separate toilets.
This house is surrounded by fields, one of which is around 1 hectare in size and can be used as a play area (football, volleyball, etc.).
BBQ, garden tables and chairs available, a large yard for parking cars or playing pétanque.
No wifi.

Activities: the numerous country roads provide an ideal setting for cycling.
Jonzac: the West Indies, Thalasso.
Gironde beaches: Méchers, Saint-Georges de Didonne, Royan
La Rochelle, Iles de Ré, Oléron and Aix to do during the day.

Price: 95 euros per night up to 6 people.
Beyond 6 people, 14 euros per night and per additional person
