About this property
Quaint Cottage - Two Blocks from the Bay
If you're looking for a place to relax, be close to fishing or to play Pickleball, look no further. This three bedroom/2 bath property is completely renovated on the interior. The home is located in beautiful Port St. Joe, two blocks from the bay with wonderful sunsets. You can walk to downtown and enjoy wonderful restaurants including Peppers, Sisters Bistro or Sand Dollar Café, among others. You are a 5 minute drive to St Joe Beach or 10 minutes to Mexico Beach with gorgeous white sand beaches. Pickleball courts are located at Frank Pate Park, Salinas Park and Mexico Beach. Frank Pate Park is on the bay and a five-minute walk from the cottage.
Large back yard is fenced with a screened porch to relax on during those warm summer evenings. The parking pad in front will easily accommodate 4 cars or a boat and 1-2 cars. You are only 2-3 blocks from Frank Pate Park which includes a 4-wide boat launch facility. This is a quiet neighborhood with quick access to downtown and also a 20 minute drive to Cape San Blas. The Cape is part of a peninsula separating St Joseph Bay from the Gulf of Mexico and is worth a visit.
Absolutely "No Smoking" allowed inside the house.

Why they chose this property
This is a lovely home renovated and set up for relaxing after a long day on the beach or out fishing. If you love to walk, its only a few minutes to downtown, the bay, or the walking trail.
What makes this property unique
Port St. Joe truly is a "small town with a big heart," the nickname that its residents have adopted. Formerly a bustling port along North Florida’s Emerald Coast, Port St. Joe now welcomes visitors looking for a restful respite. Port St. Joe's postcard-perfect surroundings invite lounging on a soft, white-sand dune beach, snorkeling in the Gulf of Mexico, fishing and dining at a rustic fish shack. Also available in Port St. Joe: an educational, even inspirational, glimpse of some of the state’s earliest history. A compact, easily walkable downtown of gift and antique shops, bistros, vest-pocket parks, wide greenways, and an inviting waterfront marina. And don't forget some of the nation's most luscious seafood.
