Beautiful sunny house with a swimming pool to rest and discover the Perigord

Located at the gates of Perigueux, in a green and particularly quiet environment, this completely renovated house can accommodate 8 people (3 double beds 160 cm and 2 single beds).

Equipped with large ceiling fans and air conditioning (upstairs), it has 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites with bathroom, 3 WCs, a shared bathroom on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a large swimming pool ( 10x5m) facing south, a large living room with a view of the forest and the swimming pool, a summer kitchen with plancha to feast by the swimming pool....

You will have a pleasant stay, at your convenience, between idleness under the Dordogne sun and the discovery of this beautiful region.

You will enjoy the delights of the famous Perigueux market (3 times a week - located 5 minutes by car) and you can visit all the treasures of PERIGORD within 45 minutes of driving....

We will welcome you with some PERIGORD specialties to start your stay with gourmet accents...

We draw your attention to the fact that the house is built on riprap which will require your vigilance with regard to young children.

You have the possibility to rent from Sunday to Sunday to avoid traffic jams.

Beautiful, comfortable and cozy home away from home

Very well maintained house with attention to detail and beautiful pool in quiet neighbourhood though very close to the old town of Perigeux! We had a wonderful and relaxing week.

Fantastic!

We had a wonderful holiday. The holiday home is very clean. Very functional and fully equipped. The pool is fantastic. We had a heat wave at the beginning of our holiday, but the house remains wonderfully cool. The decor is very cozy and we are even considering adopting a few ideas for our own home. You can discover a lot of Perigord in less than an hour's drive. The city of Perigieux also surprised us. The old center is cozy. We only met lovely people during our stay. Communication with owner Mathieu before and during our stay was excellent. Compliments!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 2 semaines dans la maison!! Les propriétaires étaient toujours joignables en cas de questions ou de soucis. Les extérieurs avec la piscine, les terrasses et la cuisine d’été sont superbes, calmes et pratiques. L’intérieur de la maison est décoré avec goût, la cuisine est très fonctionnelle et bien agencée. Le salon permet aussi de se reposer au frais grâce aux ventilateurs. Les lits sont confortables et les salles de bain parfaites.La maison est située à moins de 10min des boulangeries et d’une grande zone commerciale permettant de faire des courses facilement et rapidement. Perigueux est une jolie petite ville très accueillante et la région est magnifique.Bref tout est top!!

Havre de paix tout près de Périgeux !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en Périgord, notamment grâce à la maison très accueillante, très bien équipée, avec sa superbe piscine, dans un quartier résidentiel mais parfaitement au calme.Merci à Mathieu pour ses conseils pour la plancha et les bonnes adresses de restaurants !

A fabulous home to stay for our holiday , very clean & well equipped, great location .

Comfortable, clean , great pool in a quiet location but near enough to access all the local attractions & villages , Mathieu & Sandra were very friendly & offered any advice on local sites & restaurants .
