In the heart of the South West, near Périgord and Quercy, at the gates of Agen, and Villeneuve sur lot, house with three bedrooms, two with TV, two double beds and one 160. Large garden of 1400 m with above-ground wooden pool, table tennis table, plancha and beer tap available, large terrace. Sheets and towels provided. activities around, tree climbing, Aqualand Agen Walibi, Fontirou caves, The Foie Gras Museum, nearby fishing lake ...

For rentals on weekends please contact me through the "contact the owner" site.
I do not take cleaning fees, because most of the travelers I have met have left me an impeccable house, however the option is possible for 80 euros.

Maison très confortable et très bien équipée

Maison spacieuse, au calme. La jardin et la terrasse sont très agréables. L'équipement de la cuisine (poêles, casseroles, cuit vapeur, mixer, batteur, ...) est très complet. Je recommande cette location !

Superbe maison avec de belles prestations

Super séjour dans une magnifique maison très propre, très bien équipée et arrangée avec beaucoup de goût. On se sent comme chez nous ! Elle est idéalement située près d'Agen et de beaux villages médiévaux et on dispose de commerces de proximité. Merci au propriétaire et à ses parents qui sont des gens charmants, actifs et réactifs et qui font tout pour nous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. A l'occasion, on y retournera avec un grand plaisir !

Séjour été 2019

Super séjour dans une superbe maison. Les équipements sont top et nombreux, l'accueil très chaleureux. La piscine nous a été très utile pendant cette canicule et avec l'échelle amovible, nous étions très sereins (pas de danger pour notre fille de 4 ans qu'elle y aille sans nous). Les villages alentours sont très beaux et les activités dans le secteur ne manquent pas. Merci au propriétaire et sa famille qui font tout pour que nos vacances soient confortables.
