Beautiful urban condo located in the heart of downtown San Antonio. Walking distance from the Riverwalk, Convention Center, Alamo, Alamodome and other downtown area attractions. We are located in the St. Paul Square Historical District, which has several delicious restaurants to choose from. We're a ten minute drive to the Pearl District which has lots of restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. They also have a farmer's market on the weekends.

What is unique about our space is it's beautiful historic exterior and ultra urban modern interior with contemporary furnishings. You can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening as you step outside onto the large balcony and take in the beautiful views of the Tower of the America's and Downtown skyline.

There is private parking on site just steps away from the entrance door.
You can access the condo from the front entrance door on the left on Commerce St. and it is the 1st unit as you reach the 2nd floor. You have access to the balcony from the back door of your unit. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine as you relax outside and enjoy the downtown views from the balcony.

Fantastic place to stay near Convention Center/riverwalk

Amazing little VRBO within easy walking distance to the convention center, and if you like to walk easy distance to the Riverwalk. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we come to the area.

Great place in an ideal location!

Great location and accessible to the Riverwalk, Alamodome, mall, etc. Extremely clean and enjoyed the covered deck. Roomy and has everything you would need plus walking distance to some excellent restaurants. Can’t wait to return….our ‘go to’ place in San Antonio.

Solar Eclipse trip

We stayed at this beautiful condo for our trip to see the Solar Eclipse on the 8th. The location is perfect and we walked everywhere to downtown San Antonio to see all of the tourist attractions before heading up to Fredericksburg for the eclipse. Thank you Sandra for keeping in contact before, during, and after our stay.

Clean and Convenient

Beautiful spacious place on the second floor of a renovated historical building. Totally remodeled and immaculate. Location convenient to the Alamodome and the Riverwalk. Great balcony overlooking the city. Looking forward to returning.

Rock and roll race weekend

We really enjoyed the condo. It had everything we needed for our stay. Loved the balcony! Very easy to contact the owner which was nice because we had a few issues with the door. The only other thing is the WiFi connection wasn’t good at all!

Absolute Best!

A heritage building lovingly renovated with exposed brick complemented by contemporary, tastefully decorated interior. High ceilings, very comfortable bed, well supplied with toiletries and paper products. Loads of light from huge windows as well as great lighting. Excellent location for access to the RiverWalk downtown as well as the Alamo. A deck where we were able to watch the New Years Eve fireworks up close. While located near a busy road, sound control was provided for light sleepers with an excellent fan which successfully cut out traffic noise. Warm, welcoming and responsive hosts. An amazing stay!

Great Location, Bigger than expected!

Location was perfect for attending a work conference at the conference center on the other side of the highway. It was a short walk over. Condo was well appointed and bigger than I had thought it would be, has a nice large 2nd level covered patio as well. It's very close to the highway and exit ramp but noise was not that bad inside the condo. The mattress was a little subpar but not horrible. Great value for the commendations. I'd definitely book again!

Perfect Location

This property was just what we needed to attend a concert at the Alamodome. Easy and quick walk to the dome and to the Riverwalk.The condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean and comfortable. We briefly met Sandra and she was a delight (as was her husband). The only thing I would like to see improved is the shower head. The spray was a bit wide and not hard enough for my liking. It was difficult to wash long thick hair with it. If we return to San Antonio, we will definitely look into booking this condo again.

San Antonio Holiday Stay

At first the exterior of the building was a little daunting. Once inside, we noticed it had been renovated in a manner of someone who lived there. Lots of lights and outlets! Outside was a bit noisy, but our sleep was not disturbed. The kitchen was fully furnished for 4. Large refrigerator and large gas stove made it easy to cook holiday meal. We did not use the balcony because of the noise.Location was perfect! We were a block from the convention center and 10 minutes from the River Walk. We walked to a lot of places; however, when we needed a ride, one was quickly available.We would rebook.

This was the perfect location for our "concert trip". Easy access from the highway. Short walk to the Riverwalk. Two blocks from the Alamodome. Property was awesome and the hosts coukdnt have been any nicer. Will definitely stay there again if I go back.

My husband and I bought this beautiful historic building in 2013. While it was quite a challenge restoring it as it had been vacant over 40 years, it is truly beautiful and we love being able to share it with our guests.
We live in Corpus Christi, Texas, have 4 adult children and 3 sweet granddaughter's. We love spending time with our family, enjoy traveling and exploring new adventures.

Why they chose this property

It's the perfect downtown location, close enough to walk to the Riverwalk, convention center and other downtown area attractions, yet still be able to come back to the condo and relax.

What makes this property unique

The main benefit is the location. You can walk to all the downtown attractions or convention center. We do offer free parking which is hard to come by downtown.
One of the things are guests love is that they are so close to everything. If do want to
venture out further you have very easy and close access to the expressway.
