Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance. There's an extra one time fee per pet per stay (not included in booking total). The extra cleaning fee per pet is based on the number of nights of your stay: 1-2 nights: $100; 3-6 nights: $150; 7-29 nights: $250; 30+ nights: $300; 59+ nights $300/month. There's a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. To ensure everything is disclosed up front, if discovered afterwards, this fee doubles.

Short stay

Made a last minute decision to attend the NCAA Finals and found this listing. Fairly close to the Riverwalk and Alamodome. Really neat neighborhood. Simple apartment that fit our needs perfectly. Would consider coming back to spend more time exploring the area.

Very cute/cozy great communication

We had a great time staying in this cute and cozy apartment. It had everything we needed and the host was very sweet and had a quick response time. Definitely recommend staying at this location if you’ll be spending most of your time downtown!

Short trip to San Antonio

A lovely apartment in a huge complex. The only problem is the cleanliness, if they get that under control it will be a great holiday experience.

Horrible experience

Starting from the moment we arrived we were given the wrong unit with the same code to enter the unit as the unit we eventually ended up with, walked in on the current tenants only to be told by the host that there was a mixup, and that we were given the wrong information Upon going to the correct unit it was the same exact code to get in as the other unit , who uses the same door codes for their units in the same complex? Number two, the unit was filthy. There were dead bugs throughout the unit, dirty sheets on the beds. I will not go into detail about what was on the toilet, use your imagination, and if that wasn’t enough, the upstairs air conditioner was out, arrived at 5 o’clock with multiple contacts to the host and at 9:37 my party checked out because no one had been to service the air conditioner. So we secured a house through a different company and have been attempting to contact the host every since and now they will not return any lines of communication, this was a disaster. I do not recommend this place or anything associated with this host.
