ERDEVEN (Plage de Kerhillio): Private individual rents 100m² detached house for 8-10 people on enclosed land of around 500m² in a very quiet street in a typical Breton village - it is 800m from Kerhillio beach.
This House includes:
- In the DRC: independent kitchen, living room and dining room with fireplace opening onto a south facing terrace, WC, 1 bedroom with access to the south terrace, shower room with shower.
- On the 1st floor: 1 large bedroom (with sea view) including 2 single beds (possibility of adding a 3rd bed),
1 double bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with WC.
- Enclosed garden of around 500m², open view of the countryside, very quiet, 10-seat garden furniture, charcoal BBQ, outdoor sink, garage, parking space for two cars, 4 bicycles available.
- Equipment: living room with sofa & 2 poufs, flat screen TV, DVD player, WIFI BOX, Telephone - room for 10 people, kitchen: fridge with freezer compartment, oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine , coffee maker, kettle, toaster, baby equipment (cot, high chair and bathtub).

The house is located very close to the Ocean Path, which allows you to reach the center of Erdeven (about 4 km) and the Kerhillio beach (800 meters) on foot or by bicycle.
Near the house (200 meters): mini-market, bicycle rental, bar and catering (crêperie and pizzeria).

Possible sports: kite surfing and surfing (the spot is classified), windsurfing, sand yachting (sailing school), shore fishing, sea fishing, horse riding (on the beach or trails), mini-golf at 300 m , international golf of St Laurent (18 holes) at 8 km.
Many signposted coastal hiking and mountain biking trails (80 km of trails on Erdeven through menhirs, dolmens, chapels and fountains) - possibility of going around Quiberon starting from the house by the paths (~ 50 kms).

Nice familiy house for who love surfing

We had a pleasant stay for 2 weeks, enjoyed the large garden for breakfast and dinner. House is neat and complete. For us the beach closeby was very important for our surf holiday. Enough space for all our surfequipment in garden and garage. Enough to see and to do in the surroundings

Die Beschreibung entspricht nicht ganz den Gegebenheiten, kein Meerblick, der Fußweg von 800m ist mit Gepäck für den Strand schon sehr weit mit Whirlpool ist scheinbar die Badewanne gemeint dass ganze ist schon etwas verwohnt, Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden, die Gastgeber sind sehr nett wohnen aber etwas weiter weg sodass man im Notfall auf sich gestellt ist wir waren in einer stürmischen Zeit dort sodass ein Aufenthalt im hatten und auf der Terrasse nicht möglich war so windig war es.

Hallo Jürgen und Ulrike. Es tut uns leid, wenn das Wetter während Ihres Aufenthaltes nicht mitgespielt hat, leider ist Sonnenschein nicht garantiert. In der Anzeige (auf der französischen ABRITEL-Website) erwähnen wir nirgends, dass das Haus Meerblick bietet und über einen Whirlpool verfügt. Bei der Badewanne handelt es sich um eine einfache Badewanne. Die automatische Übersetzung im deutschen Internet ist nicht korrekt. Zum Strand von Kerhillio führt ein 800 m langer Weg, der auch in der Anzeige angegeben ist. Wir sind nicht vor Ort, haben aber schnell auf alle Ihre Wünsche reagiert und eine Lösung gefunden. Schade um diese Bewertung, die uns im Vergleich zu den angebotenen Leistungen zu hart erscheint.

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem großen, strandnahen Ferienhaus verbracht. Insbesondere der grosse Garten hat unseren Kindern viel Spass gemacht. Das Ferienhaus hat alles, was man braucht, und das in toller Umgebung. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Séjour agréable de deux semaines

Maison pleine de charme et calme à proximité de la plage, spacieuse (8 voir 10 personnes). Jardin entouré de prairies agréable. Urlaub inder Bretagne September 2024

Drei Wochen verbrachten wir in diesem Haus und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. In dem Haus war alles so,wie es beschrieben ist .Wir waren 3 Erwachsene . und hatten einen wunderschönen 3wöchigen Urlaub .In diesem Haus war alles was unsere Erwartungen erfüllte .Es ist alles vorhanden .Die Schlafzimmer waren groß genug ,Matratzen in Ordnug,2 Bäder die nichts zu wünschen übrig ließen, die Küche, wo alle nötigen Gerätschaften vor Ort sind die das Kochen ermöglichen und das Leben erleichtern z.B. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Das Esszimmer hat einen großen Eßtisch wo wir gemütlich essen konnten.Bei schönem Wetter konnte man sich draußen sehr gut aufhalten, ob Veranda mit großem Tisch oder im Garten mit ebenfalls einem Tisch aber auch gemütlichen Liegen .Wunderschön. Wer gut laufen kann genießt einen wunderschönen Weg hin zum Meer mit Badestrand .Alles sauber und ansprechend . Wir danken Florence und Christian für ihre freundliche Aufnahme, die Willkommensgeschenke und die Tips. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Herzliche Grüße Christa A m

Une maison très agréable

Cette maison est très simple d'utilisation , les pièces sont lumineuses et agréables , et elle est très bien équipée en matière d'ustensiles de cuisine et couverts. Nous avons été très gentiment accueillis par Christian et Florence , avec de sympathiques attentions ( cidre et biscuits bretons). Ils nous ont indiqué les bonnes adresses pour faire ses courses, toujours appréciable, et ont laissé a notre disposition des bodyboard qui ont fait la joie des enfants dans les vagues ! Nous avons apprécié la localisation de la maison , à l'écart des villes, avec le bruit de la mer en fond sonore ! Un séjour sur la côte bretonne passé bien vite et qui laisse un goût de revenez-y ! Merci de nous avoir permis de terminer en beauté nos vacances !

Ein schön gelegenes Haus, welches es einem ermöglicht zu Fuß zum Strand von Kerhillio zu gelangen. Sogar ein Fahrrad stand zur Verfügung. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und erreichbar.

Wundervolles Haus für einen perfekten Bretagne-Urlaub

Wir waren mit insgesamt 5 Erwachsenen 14 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Nachmittags konnte man sehr gut im schattigen Garten Kaffee trinken oder sonnen. Morgens und bei kühlen Abenden saßen wir lieber auf der Terrasse, weil es hier etwas windgeschützter ist. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und auch alles zum Kochen ist in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Das Platzangebot ist absolut in Ordnung. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig. Für uns, die ein 2x2m Bett gewöhnt sind, war das 1,4xm Bett einfach zu schmal. Das ist aber natürlich unser persönliches Problem;-). Wir sind dann einfach auf eins der Zimmer mit den Einzelbetten ausgewichen. Es war ein toller Urlaub. Sehr nette Vermieter, die sehr gut deutsch sprechen, haben uns herzlich und mit netten kleinen Geschenken überrascht. Ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen in phantastisch ruhiger Lage mit einem umwerfenden Sonnenuntergang über den Feldern.

Sommerurlaub am Strand genießen

Ein schönes, großes Haus in ruhiger Lage, mit großem Grundstück. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, haben uns persönlich begrüßt und alles gezeigt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir hatten schöne und erholsame Ferien.

Leuk huis met alles wat nodig is.

Heel gezellig huisje met grote tuin. Enige minpunt is veel wind op het terras, kan misschien opgelost worde door een haag of panelen rondom de tuin. Voor de rest een zeer leuke vakantie gehad!

Nous étions une bande d'amis à la recherche d'un endroit où passer du temps en Bretagne et nous sommes tombé sur celle ci. La maison est grande et accueillante, tout est disposé pour passer un bon moment et se sentir chez soi. Rajoutez à cela un cadre tout aussi accueillant, calme, et riche, et l'on est pas loin de la location parfaite. La perfection n'est pas loin, elle est à Erdeven... Sans rire, le séjour nous a vraiment comblé, nous la conseillons vivement.

Au Calme

Une vaste maison qui offre tout ce qui est utile à un séjour confortable. Proche de la grande plage de sable accessible par un chemin qui traverse les dunes. Les alentours sont à découvrir : le chemin côtier d'Etel à Belz , l’ile de Saint Cado, le GR des mégalithes. La balade en bateau de découverte du golfe du Morbihan est un peu chère mais cela en vaut la peine.
