Comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet (ADSL/Wifi), cable TV. It has just been fully refurbished. There are few studios in Luxembourg located downtown and whose location makes it easy to get everywhere. The styling of this flat is just amazing. Dedicated flat Popular location for young people arriving in Luxembourg. Very central with shops, restaurant Easy access to all public transport (walking distance from the station and from the center, many bus lines nearby) There is a concierge in the building. Private fitness center in the building (extra cost).

Un piccolo gioiellino!
L’appartamento si trova in una zona ben servita. In un primo momento, guardando da fuori, non diresti di trovare un appartamento molto ben organizzato, bello, semplice e moderno. È molto luminoso. Ne sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita per non dire innamorata. Farei due sole modifiche. La prima una lavasciugatrice, la seconda uno split per l’aria condizionata. Ne ho parlato a tutti di quanto mi sia piaciuto.
Una piccola nota.... magari un po’ caruccio.

Grazie per il commento. E vero che una lavasciugatrice proprio servirebbe. Appena posso la faro installare. Per l’aria condizionate sfortunatamente è impossibile (problemi con il condominio) ma a Lussemburgo il caldo non è molto frequente. Grazie per avere scelto il mio appartamento e per i complimenti sull’arredamento (ci ho messo il mio cuore).
