Here you can sleep 28 people with their own beds! 3 of the bedrooms have a full bathroom attached to them. Spend your mornings enjoying the mountain peace on the front deck while watching a game of basketball on the full-size court, or relaxing in the swim spa. This is a spacious luxury cabin perfect for holiday vacations with large groups. Only a 5 minute drive from Brian Head Ski Resort.

**The Swim Spa portion is winterized from the first snow fall (approx Oct/Nov) to the last (approx late April/May) THE HOT TUB is available year around!!

We brought four families with little kids, and let me tell you—this is hands-down the best house and host on the mountain! The property had tons of space both inside and out, so the kids could run around, play, and burn energy without anyone feeling crowded or “on top” of each other. It was a game-changer for keeping everyone happy and relaxed.The location is unbeatable—super close to the mountain, which made it incredibly easy to pop out for quick ski runs with the kids, then head right back for naps, lunch, or just warming up. The nearby Mall was a huge bonus too, with fun eateries, souvenirs, tubing, and ice skating all within easy reach.The house itself was amazing: comfortable, well-equipped, and maintained. The host, Joanna, was outstanding—super attentive, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. We truly did not want to leave and are already dreaming of coming back!

Great family vacation property.

Wonderful property with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Great kitchen for cooking and a fantastic hot tub and swim spa for relaxing after a long day of hiking or visiting the National Parks near by.

Perfect holiday getaway

Awesome place for our family reunion

We had 21 stay here and everything we could have asked for was on the property. It's so nice that families can have their own bed and bathrooms! If you're going to Brian Head and need a place for a relaxing time, this is it!

Great spot of big families

We had a large group and the house was comfortable for a big group. It had a big kitchen, lots of beds, and plenty of room to hang out. It was also in the perfect location to ski—just a few minutes to Brian Head

We stayed here with my siblings and their families and the house couldn’t have been better. Very spacious and great for the kids to have room to play. This mountain getaway was purchased in 2017 where we could escape the heat but have the comfort of a home. We wanted to share this beautiful retreat with our close friends and found we needed more space. In 2020 we built out the basement to accommodate more friends and family, and of course when there is more friends and family that just means more fun! We finished the basement with 18 bunk beds, a theater room, a kitchen, and 2 more bathrooms. While life gets busy for us, we knew we would be doing a disservice if we did not give others the opportunity to make memories in this mountain getaway!

Everyone has a better time when you can spread out and enjoy each others company but have peace when you need it. Here you can find a place for peace, whether it's in a quiet space or out enjoying the property with the amazing weather that Brian Head has to offer.

What makes this property unique

*The main living space provides a gourmet kitchen, 3 the bedrooms (each bedroom has a private bathroom), large gathering space, 2 fire places, and access to the front patio and back covered deck.
*Upstairs you will find a queen bed in one of the bedrooms with another bedroom close by that has a full bed. You will also have the privacy of a full bathroom and a living space on the top floor.
*The basement boasts a bunk room with 18 bunk beds, 2 full bathrooms, a theater room, and a kitchenette.
*Enjoy the swim spa and hot tub
