Here you can sleep 28 people with their own beds! 3 of the bedrooms have a full bathroom attached to them. Spend your mornings enjoying the mountain peace on the front deck while watching a game of basketball on the full-size court, or relaxing in the swim spa. This is a spacious luxury cabin perfect for holiday vacations with large groups. Only a 5 minute drive from Brian Head Ski Resort.

Spacious property for our family of 24. Good location for the summer. Doable driving distance for Bryce Canon, Cedar Breaks, Dixie national forest, and Zion. Children enjoyed the hot tub/swim spa, basketball court, and outside area. Very prompt communication from management/owners.

Overall, we were satisfied. However, there were a couple of issues that could have been better. The hot tub spa was very nice but we missed 2 nights usage because of the lack of maintenance. Also the freezer does not produce ice so you have to bring your own or buy it there. We had to makeshift a tool to raise the basketball standard. Again these were minor things but the overall experience was very nice.

This is a stunning cabin. The huge, open kitchen-dining-living area worked especially well for our late August family gathering where we hosted about 30 relatives for an 80th birthday party. It’s an impressive, two-level spot for big gatherings. A little over a dozen stayed at the property for four nights. The configuration is a bit awkward for all-adult groups, as the downstairs bunk room and adjoining baths and shower are really set up for a big group of young people. We had a much older bunch. I can appreciate what a great place it would be for big families with many kids. I would advise anybody considering Brian Head and this VRBO for older groups to be aware of two things. One, the 10,000-foot altitude can really be an issue for the 70 set. Two, this property, like most mountain cabins, has three levels and a lot of stairs. The owners plan to install some railings on the front steps and that will help. But I just didn’t adequately consider how much the altitude and stairs would affect folks. Overall it’s a great place. I can imagine its being an amazing place for ski and sports groups. The host was top-notch, very responsive and accommodating.

Great family vacation property.

Wonderful property with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Great kitchen for cooking and a fantastic hot tub and swim spa for relaxing after a long day of hiking or visiting the National Parks near by.

The cabin is beautiful, the outside views are amazing, what else can you ask for. The hosts were just simply amazing to work with. They were flexible and accommodating to a further extend then they needed to be. We would highly recommend and might just be back soon.

Great spot of big families

We had a large group and the house was comfortable for a big group. It had a big kitchen, lots of beds, and plenty of room to hang out. It was also in the perfect location to ski—just a few minutes to Brian Head

Winter wonderland!

This cabin has everything you need to make a wonderful family get away! Spacious and clean, full of amenities and close to the slopes! It was perfect for our family and we will be returning.

This mountain getaway was purchased in 2017 where we could escape the heat but have the comfort of a home. We wanted to share this beautiful retreat with our close friends and found we needed more space. In 2020 we built out the basement to accommodate more friends and family, and of course when there is more friends and family that just means more fun! We finished the basement with 18 bunk beds, a theater room, a kitchen, and 2 more bathrooms. While life gets busy for us, we knew we would be doing a disservice if we did not give others the opportunity to make memories in this mountain getaway!

Everyone has a better time when you can spread out and enjoy each others company but have peace when you need it. Here you can find a place for peace, whether it's in a quiet space or out enjoying the property with the amazing weather that Brian Head has to offer.

*The main living space provides a gourmet kitchen, 3 the bedrooms (each bedroom has a private bathroom), large gathering space, 2 fire places, and access to the front patio and back covered deck.
*Upstairs you will find a queen bed in one of the bedrooms with another bedroom close by that has a full bed. You will also have the privacy of a full bathroom and a living space on the top floor.
*The basement boasts a bunk room with 18 bunk beds, 2 full bathrooms, a theater room, and a kitchenette.
