Great location! Close to all Brian Head activities. The home had all the expected amenities which made vacationing comfortable. Spacious home that allowed all ages to have their quiet space when needed. And when not needed, great card games at the dining table! :-)
First time renter, will be back. Large adult group and cabin was more then spacious, everyone was comfortable and loved it. Already planning our next visit.
We were two families with kids ages 5-11. This place was PERFECT! Even better than the photos. Gorgeous views. And, it had everything we could think of - games, kitchen appliances, blankets. We will 1000% book it again next season. Thank you!!

Our favorite stay!
We love this home! This is now our 3rd stay here and will book here every year if possible. Kitchen is fully stocked with all possible amenities. Lots of space for a large group. The views are amazing! We haven't had an issue until this year. A few of the heaters were not functional, but we called and someone was there within 2 hours to fix them. We were as toasty as can be the rest of the trip. We love it here!

Spacious for multi-family gathering
We had 2 families stay at the rental, and had another family come to just visit for the evening. Plenty of room, great options downstairs for the kids. Plenty of space for the kitchen, dining room, and the kids just ended up on the main floor hanging around or downstairs playing with the ping pong, air hockey, or playing poker with the chips. We figured out how to hike out and ski down to the Wildflower lift, but with 20" of snow in 12-hours, it was really just for the daring.

Loved it!
We are two families totaling ten people (six of them kids ages 5-11). We all ski. It was PERFECT! Plenty of space, games, everything you could want in the kitchen. We never felt even a little bit cramped. The mud room was enough space to keep all the wet stuff away from the house. Heaters plentiful. Views GORGEOUS! Almost close enough to slopes to be a ski-in-ski-out. We’ll definitely be back!
House is as described. It was clean & beautiful. The views are breathtaking and you are right up the hill from the resort with restaurants, small grocery store, skiing, sledding & ice skating. We were 2 families with children ranging from 10-16 and the foosball, ping pong table & game table helped keep everyone entertained. The house could have easily fit 2 more families. Everything you need for a fun family trip.
Wonderful big cabin for several families! Lots of space and a great game room for the kids! Lots of sleeping options too! I would just suggest adding a rail to the precarious staircase (unsafe with little ones). Other than that, it was great for our big group (4 families with kids!)

This home needs some Love
This property is quite dated. Appliances are old and some did it even work . Carpet in all bathrooms is really gross . The pots and pans are old , doors falling cabinets , tile broken off reveling metal edge, dryer doesn’t dry . This home doesn’t seem to be very clean at all . Refrigerator was still dirty from the last people who were there .

Hi Lisa, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and we wanted to share the following:
- Most of the appliances were purchased in the last couple of years and are in good working condition. The cooktops and pots and pans are older, but they function properly.
- The owner sent a maintenance worker to the property to check the dryer, and they confirmed the dryer works.
- The cabin is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including the bathroom carpets and refrigerator, before each guest's stay.
- A previous guest did break the tile, but since your stay, the tile has been fixed.
The owner strives to go above and beyond to provide a positive experience for their guests, and we're confident this cabin will continue to host many happy travelers!
Great place to come home to after a long day of skiing in Brian Head
Nice location - love view of lighted ski resort below! The house is dated, but clean. Needed humidifiers and Shirley brought one right over. One is needed in each bedroom. The house gives a great view, but requires a 4-wheel drive to get up the mountain drive in icy-snowy weather. The location is spoiled though by a extremely rude neighbor. He has a sign on his property that reads “Smile because you’re on camera.” Obviously, you are on camera anywhere on this property as well because he and his wife would come out and bark at the children’s playing in the snow and ice! Other than the neighbor, we had a great stay!
This house was awesome for my family and friends to get together for the weekend. It’s super close to the resort. The game room was perfect for the kids. More than enough space for everyone to fit comfortably. Would definitely stay at the property again.
We loved our stay. The cabin was clean and ready when we arrived and we were very happy with the size, location, etc. Even though it was very cold outside the cabin was warm and toasty. We did communicate with the property manager and she was helpful and delightful. She even dropped off a hand mixer that we didn’t even know wasn’t there. I would highly recommend staying here. Unrelated to the cabin, a few of our party suffered from mild altitude sickness so do note that the area is at about 10,000 feet.
This cabin has a fantastic location at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a private deck for enjoying the beautiful mountain. It has plenty of space for a weekend with friends.
We had an amazing time. Just off the grid enough but close enough to find hiking and adventures outdoors! Plenty of room for our two families with kids from 4-17.
We loved this property. Although it was built, probably in the 90's, it was still clean. Cook top was older, but worked well. You need to bring your own shampoo since soap was the only thing furnished. We had a wonderful time!
We had a fabulous time! So much room to spread out when needed, but cozy at the same time. The beds were comfortable, the loft “room” was huge, fun, and has a great bathroom attached. Everything worked as expected except check-in, and the instructions were confusing and incorrect. But we called the property manager, and were able to access the garage. I would suggest actually giving guests access to a key to the front door rather than expecting them to only use the garage. The views are amazing!! We did experience a number of bees inside the home, but could never identify where they were getting in. I would definitely return!!
This is the second time my co-workers and I rented this place for our annual Brianhead ski trip. We were very pleased with our stay. They had lots of kitchen appliances, plenty of towels, and an overall great vibe! We can’t wait to rent this place out next year!
The house was beautiful and clean. Lots of space for the kids to roam inside. Great view and close to the resort. The property manager was very nice and helpful. I would stay here again. We enjoyed our stay.
