Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus! Es ist eine sehr ruhige Lage, von der man in wenigen Minuten an die Steilküste am Meer gehen und den tollen Blick genießen kann (oder von der Dachterrasse). Unsere Kinder haben den Pool geliebt und dieser hatte auch im Oktober noch eine angenehme Temperatur. Im Haus selbst ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht - Ausstattung ist super und in Top Zustand, da das Haus noch sehr neu ist.In weniger als 10 Minuten ist man in der Stadt. Wir haben viele tolle Restaurants ausprobiert, inklusive einiger Empfehlungen von Antonio. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio als auch mit der Verwalterin war schnell und einfach, beide haben jederzeit unsere Fragen beantwortet und uns mit Empfehlungen versorgt. Vielen Dank auch, dass wir früher einchecken konnten und natürlich für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Best place to stay in garve

Fantastic property. Like staying in a luxury resort. The house is immaculate, new, and very well thought out. Management has an itinerary of the best things to do, best beaches, and best restaurants - it actually was the best. The owners have visited the Algarve for 20 yrs and then decided to build. The garden is beautiful, with a strolling path, there is a hiking trail that leads to the cliffs and beautiful ocean, the rooftop terrace is perfect for sunset and drinks, the pool was refreshing with an outdoor shower……. I could go on and on. Simply said, this is the best property in the Algarve region, value for money.

Toller Aufenthalt in toller Gegebd

Prima - einfach toll! Das ist Haus ist ganz neu, zwar könnte man in der Küche noch ein bissl zulegen, aber das ist Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Traumhaft ist der Sun-Downer von der Dachterasse - sehr gerne wieder und eine klare Empfehlung!

Amazing vacation for us

The pictures don’t justify the actual comfort of this villa and the beautiful ocean views along the near trail. We had an amazing vacation here. Before we came, we found that Google map did not provide accurate location nor street views of this new villa. The owner kindly provided us detailed information to help us locate this villa in the map. We rent a car from Lisbon airport, and the road trip to this beautiful villa was a nice breath. Property manager, Ms. Thale was super friendly and introduced all amenities well. The neighborhood was quiet and scenic. The ocean view along the near trail was amazingly beautiful. The pool and garden was well maintained and our daughter had lots of fun in the pool. We went to a fish market and got really fresh fish and shell fish to cook in the villa. The kitchen gave us an opportunity to taste the real ocean freshness! We appreciate the comfort of this villa, the beauty of the ocean view, and the kind acceleration of the owner and the property manager. We will come back again soon!

Ferienwoche in Carvoeiro im August 2024

Wir (3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder im Alter von 14 Jahren) haben eine wunderschöne Ferienwoche im August 2024 an der Algarve verbracht und dabei das wirklich sehr schöne, sehr neue und saubere Ferienhaus bewohnt. Zur Nutzung standen das komplette, sehr geräumige Erdgeschoss einschließlich Terrasse sowie die Dachterrasse. Ein Highlight war natürlich der dazugehörige Pool. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, so dass man wunderbar entspannen kann. Fußläufig erreicht man die nahegelegene Steilküste mit einem herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Den nächstgelegenen Badestrand erreicht man in 10 Minuten per Auto. Das Zentrum von Carvoeiro erreicht man ebenfalls in einigen Fahrminuten. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwalterin und dem Eigentümer waren jederzeit äußerst nett. Es war für uns ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Tolle moderne Wohnung in sehr sehr ruhiger Villengegend

Die Wohnung in der schönen Villa ist modern ausgestattet & geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man bewohnt die gesamte untere Etage mit 2 Bädern, viel Stauraum & einem großen Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche & Essbereich. Alles ist elektrisch, hochwertig & top gepflegt. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist top und wenn etwas nicht in Ordnung ist, kommt umgehend Hilfe. Wir waren 5, Eltern & 3 Kinder (10, 8, 6) & hatten ein Elternschlafzimmer & ein Kinderschlafzimmer mit Beistellbett. Alle Betten sehr gemütlich & mehr als genug Stauraum. Außenbereich ist ebenfalls mit schönen moderenen & sehr gemütlichen Möbeln ausgestattet. Handtücher fürs Bad & für den Poolbereich sind in ausreichender Anzahl & von sehr guter Qualität vorhanden. Das Haus verfügt über eine Alarmanlage & ist gut überwacht. Zwei Punkte, die das Urlaubserlebnis beeinträchtigen können. Erster Punkt: Nachbarn sehr empfindlich! Dies dürfte aber bei Paaren, oder Kindern im fortgeschrittenen Alter keine Rolle spielen. Zweiter Punkt, man darf keine Gäste empfangen. Wir hatten eine Bootstour mit Freunden in Carvoeiro gebucht & das befreundete Ehepaar mit zwei Kindern (9 & 6) haben uns vor der Bootstour für 2h zum Mittagessen besucht. Dies führte zum Anruf der Nachbarn, bei uns wäre eine Party im Gange. Der Vermieter rief uns dann an und hat den Besuch von Gästen (egal ob Frühstück, Mittag- oder Abendessen) untersagt. Das kannten wir bisher so nicht. der sich dann umgehend beim Gast meldet... Das w kleineren Kindern einschränken
