Single storey house, completely renovated, in a quiet and green housing estate 200 m from shops and 600 m from the beach on foot.
You have 2 independent bedrooms and a large bright living room, opening onto the terrace and a large private enclosed garden.
SDD and separate WC.
Fully equipped kitchen.
TV, wifi
160 cm beds, convertible sofa also (new bedding).
If necessary, supply cot and high chair.
Linens provided on option.
Cleaning fee 60 €.
New dishwasher.
Washing machine
Board games available
Vacuum cleaner, table and iron.
Private enclosed garden of 700m2
Large terrace with table, chairs, large parasol, 2 deckchairs and 2 deckchairs, new.

A gardener will come and maintain the lawn.
