Single storey property in a condominium of 2 apartments, completely renovated, in a residential area of Carry-le-Rouet. As its name suggests, the avenue leads straight to the sea, less than 8 minutes on foot. Close to all amenities: bakery, fishmonger, tobacco shop, florist, franprix, petrol station and medical center of an emergency medical center open from 8:00 am to 9:30 pm. The accommodation consists of a large living room-kitchen overlooking the garden. Very bright with its large picture windows. There are 2 bedrooms of 11 and 12m2, one with a standard bunk bed and the other with a cot that can be transformed into a double bed. Then, the master bedroom, with its king size bed, with its private bathroom with bath, WC and double sink. There is also a second bathroom with WC and walk-in shower. The sofa turns into a very comfortable 2-seater bed (Poltrone brand). The south-east facing garden will allow you many BBQs in a calm environment.
