Come stay in a charming village house ideally located for visiting many tourist sites in Burgundy: the medieval city of Vézelay (15 km), the caves of Arcy-sur-Cure (20 km), the rocks of Saussois (Haut- climbing area, 5 km), Auxerre (36 km), the Burgundy vineyards (Chablis, Irancy, Saint-Bris le Vineux, ..), the Morvan Regional Natural Park (15 km), the castles of Saint-Fargeau, Guédelon, Ancy-le-Franc, Tanlay and many other things ... For athletes, there is the magnificent "green way" of the Nivernais canal, a track for pedestrians and bikes.

The village 2 hours from Paris or 3 hours from Lyon whose inhabitants are Castelcensoriens or Castelcensoriennes has a high part surrounded by ramparts with old mansions from the 18th century and a magnificent collegiate church. In its lower part, there are shops and its small marina at the edge of the Nivernais canal.
The house is located in the center of the village, it has 4 bedrooms with a colorful decor (a mix of Mexican and seventies), a renovated bathroom, an equipped kitchen, a large living room, a summer lounge with a large courtyard closed.

The 4 bright bedrooms are located on the first floor of the house, they are composed of 2 bedrooms with 160x200 beds, a bedroom with a 120x190 bed (ideal for 1 adult or 2 teenagers or 2 children) and a bedroom for children or babies with a trundle bed (2 mattresses of 90x200). All bedding is new (purchased in 2018). A baby kit is available on request: travel cot, bath, changing pad and booster.
The kitchen is well equipped for daily meals: fridge, microwave, oven, gas stove, induction hob, tassimo coffee machine, classic coffee maker, robot ...
You will find a large bright living room (28 m²) with an extendable table for 8 people, a small seating area with 2 armchairs and a TV and board games. You can enjoy your meals in the large enclosed courtyard with an electric barbecue available. Everything is done for a great holiday.
All the same, a single renovated and practical bathroom, 2 shower rooms (in 2 bedrooms) and separate WCs. In addition, the house does not have WIFI but it receives 3G very well. You can park in front of the house but it is better to park in a small parking lot nearby.
