Nicely decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath, lower unitcompletely furnished. Lots of parking, walking distance to pool. Close to Cultural Center in Port Charlotte, YMCA, lots of restaurants and shopping. All tenants must go thru the HOA for approval with background check and $100 application fee. This fee is in reservation quote. The HOA does not allow pets.

This condo has new everything and is so clean. New air unit, new kitchen cabinets , new appliances and washer dryer. , new bathroom toilets ,vanities and fixtures. Decorated with taste with dressy clean towels and bedding for both beds.

Nice condo in great location

Clean, spacious, bright and comfortable, this condo is in a great location close to parks and shopping The outdoor space is screened in and overlooks a pond with turtles and other wildlife. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is nicely updated and equipped. A large TV with cable is in the comfortable living room. The condo development is in a safe area, is well maintained with a clean heated pool with lots of umbrellas and lounge chairs. People are friendly. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend :)
