Belle villa tout confort

Le propriétaire est charmant, accueillant, passe pendant le sejour pour voir si tout se passe bien, pour nous cueillir des fruits du jardin et nous preparer des noix de coco. Le voisin aussi nous fournit en avocats et fruits divers.La piscine est bien agréable. Un sejour de reve!

2eme séjour chez Jean-Charles

Bonjour, après avoir visité pendant 8 jours l’autre partie de La Guadeloupe du côté de Grande-Terre, nous sommes retourné 5 nuits chez Jean-Charles pour finir notre séjour en Guadeloupe , et nous avions hâte d’y être connaissant déjà les lieux nous savions ce qui nous attendais : une grande maison spacieuse , au calme avec notre piscine privée . Pas de bruit , pas de circulation et tout à proximité pourtant dont de magnifiques plages et aussi rivière toutes proches juste à regarder son GPS et pointer une route proche d’une rivière et en 10 minutes on en trouve plusieurs . Maison au top tous les équipements indiqués étaient présents , Jean-Charles nous a encore une fois formidablement accueilli , il nous a même appelé plus tôt aussitôt la maison prête pour que nous l’a récupérions le plus vite possible , merci encore pour cette attention c’était bien de récupérer la maison tôt , super merci . P.S : merci pour le service rendu avec Rudy et merci pour le service qui a été avec quand on est resté 24h sans sortir de la villa car plus de voiture : merci à ton épouse . Voilà 5 nuitées top , toute la famille a adoré là à maison , plusieurs terrasses aussi c’est super pratique on ne se marche pas les uns sur les autres pareil dans la maison c’est grand on a chacun notre espace . Je n’ai que du positif à dire sur mon séjour chez Jean-Charles comme je lui ai dis il fait parti des meilleurs souvenirs que je garderais de la Guadeloupe , superbe rencontre, bel accueil , gentil , droit , honnête , méritant , attentif à nos demandes et très sympathique . Amicalement et Respectueusement.

Maison au Top . Propriétaire au Top

Bonjour, nous avons loué cette grande villa 5 jours en juillet et on y retourne 5 jours début août . Excellente maison avec sa piscine privée aux mensurations parfaites aussi bien pour les nageurs que pour ceux qui ne savent pas nager . Endroit calme et sécurisé (c’est la famille de l’hôte et ses connaissances qui habitent aux environs et pour venir ici ce n’est pas du hasard . La route n’est pas fréquentée donc très calme et pas de passage . Idéal pour se reposer et s’amuser et ne pas se marcher dessus . Tout est aux normes comme dans l’annonce, pas de mauvaises surprises . Tout fonctionnait . Jean-Charles est super accueillant et très investit pour un super séjour chez lui . Accueille avec des boissons et des noix de coco coupées pile poil pour y insérer une paille et boire la délicieuse eau de coco . De plus Jean-Charles se veut discret mais efficace c’est pour cela qu’il passe nettoyer la piscine tous les jours ou 2 jours . Il a le coup de main rapide et l’eau est toujours claire . Merci Jean-Charles pour y’a gentillesse, ton écoute , tes conseils et la relation respectueuse amicale que nous avons créé. Dans 8 jours quand on revient il nous fera visiter une partie de la ville que nous n’avons pas su decouvrir seul lol . En effet en 5 jours nous sommes passé à côté du bourg sans savoir qu’il y en avait un lol . Jean -Charles va se transformer en guide pour nous une petite heure pour découvrir cela . Je recommande cette maison , j’y retourne bientôt et je suis très content d’y retourner ains que ma femme et les enfants . Villa digne de ce nom .

Villa parfaite pour la famille !

Nous étions 5 adultes et 1 enfant et nous avons séjourné 9 jours à la villa de monsieur Acina. Nous avons adoré notre expérience ! La maison est grande et a toutes les commodités pour un séjour agréable. La piscine est bien entretenue, l'hôte est facile à rejoindre et très aidant. Je le recommande fortement !

Wir waren mit 3 Personen in diesem schönen Haus und haben es sehr genossen. Das Haus ist großzügig und jeder Schlafraum hat eine Klimaanlage. Draußen gibt es mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet,es hat an nichts gefehlt. Aber das Highlight ist der tolle Pool. Der Vermieter ist unglaublich freundlich und sehr bemüht, daß es den Gästen gut geht. Schade, daß wir uns auf Grund der Sprachbarriere nicht mehr unterhalten konnten. Auf diesem Wege ganz liebe Grüße und ein Dankeschön für die leckeren Bananen.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Alles war sehr gut vorbereitet. Der Vermieter kommt regelmäßig vorbei. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, für das Tor haben wir einen Funksender bekommen. Die Räume sind geräumig und in der Küche gibt es Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank und eine Waschmaschine. Wir haben es sehr genossen!

TRES AGREABLE VILLA

Cette location offre un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Située sur les hauteurs de Capesterre (quelques minutes en voiture du centre bourg) au calme, elle est spacieuse et agréable à vivre. Les literies sont de très bonne qualité et la climatisation bien appréciée dans les chambres. La piscine est très bien entretenue. Sa localisation est très pratique pour visiter l'est et le sud de Basse Terre ( entre autres la distillerie Longueteau, plantation de bananes Grand Café, chutes du Carbet, Souffrière, ferry pour les Saintes au départ de 3 Rivières, ranch Moreau, ....). Une boulangerie (fermée le jeudi) et une petite épicerie de dépannage se situent à 5min à pied, ce qui est très pratique! JC est un propriétaire très sympathique et disponible.

Bien placée et correctement équipée, cette location un peu excentrée du centre ville sur les hauteurs de la commune a le mérite d'offrir une petite vue sympathique sur la mer et le volcan, tout en étant dans un endroit très calme et sans vis à vis. Une fois passé le portail, on se sent vraiment "chez soi" et la maison se prête totalement à rendre le séjour agréable en son sein, la piscine étant parfaitement dimensionnée. En outre, Jean-Pierre, son épouse et leur fille sont de belles personnes, une belle rencontre... Nous y retournerons l'année prochaine...

Très belle location,dans un quartier calme, maison très confortable, superbement équipée et conforme au descriptif.Tout est réuni pour passer un agréable séjour à Capesterre-Belle-Eau, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes.De plus,le propriétaire est très accueillant et sympathique, avec des petites attentions à la fin de notre séjour !
