Super clean and spacious house. Great communication with Alice. We had a good stay in a quiet area. Wine tasting was superb at ended to soon for us. Thanks for the Bottle at arrival we enjoyed it..

A wonderful base to explore The Loire

The house was exactly as described with a beautiful peaceful garden and barbecue area.Our host Alice could not have been more helpful.The location is rural but within easy driving distance of Sancerre.We had a wonderful holiday

Great accommodation

We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, kitchen/bathroom well equipped. The area is very peaceful with all sorts of birds and insects we don't get in the UK and we had a hedgehog snuffling through the garden. There aren't any cafes or boulangeries in Chadoux (there is an auberge in Verdigny but the opening hours didn't seem very accurate - it was closed when it said it was open). Highly recommend the wine tasting at the Reverdy Domaine.

Pour les amateurs de randonnées, de gastronomie et d’excellentes vins

Très bien situé dans un village de vignerons pour le départ de randonnées dans les collines du Sancerrois . Gîte confortable et bien aménagé. Visite de la cave et dégustation de vins . Les propriétaires sont accueillants et sympathiques. On y reviendra c’est certain !

Das Haus ist leicht zu finden, der Check in problemlos. Das Haus ist frisch renoviert und absolut sauber. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hat uns auch zu einer ausführlichen Besichtigung seines Weingutes Reverdy-Ducroux eingeladen. In der Nähe des Hauses sind weitere Weingüter fussläufig zu erreichen. Verdigny ist keine 10 Autominuten von Sancerre Zentrum oder Chavignol entfernt. Das beste Restaurant Momento in Bué erreicht man von hier in 15 Minuten. Wir werden dieses Haus wieder mieten.

A stay in the vines

This is a well appointed bite with quality appliances. A reasonable knowledge of French a distinct advantage. The surroundings are rural and it is a great retreat. Owners are very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful, surrounded by vineyard

My sister and I had an awesome one night stay in Verdigny...the house was clean and turned out better than I thought and the hosts were helpful and gracious. Gorgeous area surrounded by wine and wine culture. Definitely wished I had planned better to spend more time there.

Excellent stay in Verdigny. We especially enjoyed the introduction to the family winery, now in the 14th generation. Also, Alice was very responsive to our questions. We plan to look then up and stay there again next time we visit Sancerre
