In a magnificent property surrounded by a 10-hectare park, the "Valentin House" offers a beautiful view of the grasslands.
The interior of this house, typically Augeronne, is of a remarkable quality.
Shared pool 15X6 heated from May to September, sauna, gym, botanical course along the river and playground (trampoline, ping-pong and gantry with swings and slide) are all activities to do on site .
You will also fall under the charm of the picturesque neighboring villages (Saint-Hymer, Clarbec, Beaumont en Auge, Blangy Castle); Côte Fleurie (Deauville, Trouville and Honfleur) is about twenty minutes away.
Detached house with private access within the property.
Ground floor: living room with TV and DVD player, dining room with fireplace, separate toilet and fully equipped kitchen
Attic floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms equipped with WC (1 bed 160X200 and 2 beds 90X190)

Schön eingerichtetes Haus mit tollem Park

Das Haus bietet viel Platz und ist sehr hell und freundlich mit großen Fenstern, so dass man auch gut Regentage dort verbringen kann. Man muss aber wissen, dass das Haus keinen Internetanschluss hat - auch kein WLan - man also auf das Mobilfunknetz zurückgreifen muss. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit - auch Pont L‘Evèque als nächster Ort ist sehr lebendig und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und immer verfügbar.

Verblijf en plaats in orde. Stilte en rust met vogels die zingen!! Prima!!! Suggesties: 1e. gemakkelijker stoelen voor op het terras. 2e. Te weing linnengoed voor een verblijf van 14 dagen 3e. Voor ouderen ( wij zijn allen 75plus ! ) is douchen in een bad riskant. Kans op uitglijden en vallen met evt. nare gevolgen. Een positief punt: een vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer!!! Alle lof voor hem!

Maison charmante dans un cadre bucolique

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette jolie anglo-normande qui correspondait fidèlement à la description de l’annonce. Le cadre est enchanteur et Laurent un hôte disponible et sympathique. Nous y retournerons volontiers !
