Beautiful Ocean Terrace Beach House with High-Speed Internet at North End

Great location just steps from the 2 mile boardwalk and beach in the north end of Seaside Heights with off street parking for 2 cars.

Sit back and unwind at this freshly updated, two bedroom lower level home with high speed internet. Enjoy refreshments and cool ocean breezes from your rocking chair porch with relaxing table and chairs. The home accommodates 6 with a spacious master bedroom and lovely queen brass bed, second bedroom with comfortable bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with 50” Smart TV, Fios TV, DVD player (with DVD selection) and Alexa/Echo dot with streaming Amazon Music unlimited. The main living area has an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen with icemaker, dining area with seating for six plus seating for three at the movable kitchen island. There is one full and one half bath with a full size washer and dryer. There is also an outdoor hot/cold shower (available May 1 - October 1) and Weber BBQ grill that is shared with the upper level home on the property.

During Summer of 2026, you’ll enjoy Atlantic ocean swimming, the soft sandy beach and walking along the boardwalk to all shops, games, and treats like ice cream, water ice, pizza, sausage sandwiches, cheese steaks, candy apples, salt water taffy and more. The attractions of Casino Pier, Breakwater Beach Waterpark, and mini golf are a short walk away or jump on the Sky Ride and glide along the air to the center of everything (when available). The Barnegat Bay is just a few blocks away, where you will find fishing, crabbing, boat and jet ski rentals and beautiful sunsets. Island Beach State Park is just a few miles away where you will find the island in its natural state. There are great restaurants and nightlife nearby. Or just stay put and relax in the newly renovated, peaceful beach home with off street parking for 2 cars.

The property comes with 6 beach passes. Children under 11 access the beach for free.

Best Beach Stay to Date!!!

This property is a must if you’re visiting Seaside Heights!!! It was exactly what we were looking for and exceeded all expectations. It was spotless, homey/comfortable, beautifully decorated, in a safe/quiet area, and had a great porch for relaxing. Not to mention it’s extremely close proximity to the beach, boardwalk, and lifts. It was honestly perfect! Ruth was also great to communicate with. She was very accommodating, kind, and responded quickly to any questions or things we needed. If you stay here, I guarantee you and your guests will love it!

This house was great, very clean, easy check in and the owner was very responsive to any questions - and honesty we didn’t have many as important information was provided upfront. The kitchen was also well stocked and you can’t beat the location.

Ruth was super responsive and great to work with. Very prompt responses. House was well appointed and location was exactly what was described. Quiet end of the boardwalk and seconds from beach and boardwalk fun. Kids had a blast! Our upstairs neighbors were courteous and no problems there but that could be the only downside if you had noisy guests upstairs that stay up late! We lucked out! Thanks Ruth

Perfect location, just unfortunately lots of construction during our stay

Ruth was the most gracious host. The property was very clean and had nearly everything we needed. We brought a pack n play for our 20 month old, and our own linens due to COVID, but the kitchen was well equipped for cooking, and we used the grill too. The quick walk to the beach even with 2 little kids was short and easy (we didn’t have a beach cart, but I would recommend one if you have kids). We did unfortunately run into a problem with the construction happening across the street. It was very loud and started very early on 2 of our days there. I informed Ruth and she immediately offered her apologizes, support, and compensation back for the inconvenience. She didn’t know the details of the construction as the city didn’t make it well known, and I felt SO bad we had to complain. It was the beginning stages of steel beams being drilled for foundation work, so it was not ideal...I am hoping we can return when the construction is done because we really would have had a perfect time if it weren’t for that. Again, this is no fault of Ruth’s and she handled it perfectly, so we are still very pleased. Thank you!

The house is really great. Super clean and well-equipped. Nice beds and brand-new pillows! Everything worked. Directly across the street from the beach and located away from the really active part of the Seaside Boardwalk. Very convenient to go back to the house for meals, bathroom breaks during the COVID pandemic. Super nice owner was upstairs during our stay. Very quiet and non-invasive. My only issue was with how noisy the area was. There were a lot of hot-rod type cars and loud motorcycles. Many drivers and bike riders had their radios blasting. I prefer less of a party town atmosphere. But I'm old so maybe it's just me! Overall a great time but I would bring ear-plugs.

So close to the beach and cozy

The location is so perfect. Right by the chairlift to the pier, beach passes on the way to the beach, quiet at night, safe... We would definitely stay here again. It’s also the right size for a parent and kids. We brought a couple kid friends and everyone fit. Anything bigger would mean more cleaning at the end! We had a perfect long weekend here.

BEAUTIFUL STAY

We were only there for 4 nights but wish we could have stayed longer. The home was beautiful, very updated and the beach was just across the street. The only downfall was the bunk beds in the second bedroom but guess if you have small children it would be great. Will definately go back.

I take great pride in my Seaside Heights beach house, which was fully renovated after superstorm Sandy. I manage the property myself with an eye to details and personally hire locals to address all maintenance needs.
