In the heart of the village of Boulassiers, between the traditional village of La Brée-les-bains and the lively port of Douhet, come and discover and enjoy this winery completely renovated with authenticity, 150m from a small beach renowned for its spot of surf!
House with two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, a large living room (two sofas including a convertible + 47 inch HD TV) with equipped kitchen (oven, gas, extractor hood. ..) and an Andalusian patio shaded by its old olive tree where you can enjoy summer evenings (barbecue available) or the sun (two Chileans + benches). There is also an outdoor sink for washing freshly caught fish / shellfish.
For beach lovers, traditional markets, surfing or fishing, we guarantee peace, serenity and comfort.
