From an old cellar, transformed in June 2019, we have created a large space of 75 m2 filled with light, which will appeal to a family with 4 children or friends who meet for the holidays.

The house is very flexible. It is ideal for 6 people, but with its parental suite on the ground floor (bedroom with private shower room and toilet) a single couple will feel very comfortable, without the need to use the floor.

We wanted to make the house very functional by emphasizing a high level of comfort with beautiful volumes, new and complete equipment with 2 bathrooms and 2 w/c.

In summary, the rental is made up of:
- On the ground floor :
. A living room of 40 m2 with a fully equipped kitchen area, a living room with TV and Blueray DVD player, a dining area for 8 people.
. A master bedroom of 16 m2 with its private shower room and toilets, a large 160 cm bed.
.A second bathroom of 4 m2 with wc.
- Upstairs :
. Two attic bedrooms, one of which is on the mezzanine, 9 m2 each, with 2x2 80 cm beds that can be pushed together. The height under the ridge is 1.73 m.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped. You will find a large fridge with freezer compartment, a cooker with 4 induction plates and an electric oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a hood and a microwave. All appliances are new from 2019.

For the living room side, you have a 3-seater sofa, coffee tables, armchairs, an 82 cm flat screen television, a high definition DVD player. Wi-Fi is free (disturbances beyond our control may occur when there are many people on the island), beanbags so that everyone can chat over a drink.

The master bedroom of 16 m2 is located on the ground floor. It has its own bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, large mirror and private W.C.
A second bathroom with W.C, walk-in shower and sink is also available on the ground floor.

The dining area is spacious with a large table for 8 people and colored chairs.

Upstairs, you will find a beautiful attic space which includes:
- a mezzanine area with a small desk, a television and a DVD player with a sleeping area with 2 beds of 80 cm that can be pushed together, 2 bedside tables.
- an independent bedroom of 9 m 2 also with 2 beds of 80 cm that can be pushed together.
Be careful, the space upstairs is limited in height (1.73 m at the ridge) !!

Outside, you enjoy a garden of 250 m2 facing south-west which is closed and not overlooked. In addition, a large tiled terrace of 35 m2 with table and chairs, a barbecue and an offset parasol of 3m by 3m await you.

The rental is backed by the owner's house and another gite for 4 people, not overlooked (reference N° 1555085 on the Abritel website). The access of course, is independent; there is also an interior courtyard and a large private parking lot.

Details for bedding: It's up to you to bring the fitted sheets, the duvet covers for the 4 80 cm beds. For the 160 cm bed, there is the choice between duvet or blanket, it's up to you to bring the linen that corresponds .All pillows are 65/65 square.

The house is located in the countryside, between vineyards and pasture. 500 m away is the Ferme aux Ânes where you can see beautiful specimens of Baudet du Poitou, Trait-Poitevin horses and enjoy activities throughout the year such as horse-drawn carriage rides, visits to the educational farm, etc. .

The bike path is 50 m away, opposite the house. Due east, it will take you in just 5 minutes to the heart of Chéray where there is the daily market, the press, the bakery, a Carrefour Contact supermarket and a medical center with a pharmacy.

Heading west and in 10/15 minutes by bike you reach the nearest beaches such as those of Sables-Vignier and Bonnes.

Other very beautiful beaches are located further north towards the Chassiron lighthouse (the beach of the huts, the bay of the Seulières) but also to the east at ½ hour by bike, Foulerot, Plaisance, the Saumonard with the view of Fort Boyard.

The cost of electricity is extra on the EDF meter reading.

We suggest and advise you to take the ''end of stay cleaning'' service at 50 € for a peaceful departure before hitting the road again.
