Penthouse in a closed and maintained residence, secure private indoor parking (with anchor point for bikes) with elevator access to the apartment, large swimming pool, Daikin air conditioning (also equipped in the room) supermarket at the foot of the residence, 950 meters from the beach and all its activities.
Free WiFi and Satelite TNT Canal with French and international channels.
1 st terrace with view on swimming pool (very good for the view of children) and a 2nd large private terrace-solarium furnished: deckchairs - table - outdoor shower - summer kitchen for the plancha and with a view of the sea and mountains and the sun all day.
Ideal for 4 people (4 beds: 1 bedroom, 1 sofa bed of 1st quality with slatted base and integrated mattress, also available a cot)
No stairs to climb, the residence is equipped with elevators from the parking lot to the apartment.

Wonderful appartment

We found everything we needed and enjoyed it. All is well furnished and nicely color coordinated.The roof terrace is unique and complements the apartment very well. Here you can enjoy the sun and the view in peace. We would love to come back.

Nous avons séjourné durant ces deux semaines et demi dans un appartement qui était parfait à plusieurs niveaux.La terrasse avec vue piscine est grande et à l'abri du vent... Le soleil y est présent dès le lever du soleil et ce jusqu'à midi... Idéal pour le petit déjeuner et pour se prélasser au soleil sur une des chaises transat.Le rooftop est immense et dispose de tout le mobilier nécessaire pour s'y mettre bien... Le soleil y est présent du lever au coucher de soleil et en prime nous avons droit à de magnifiques vues sur les Pyrénées catalanes ( enneigées durant notre séjour ) ainsi que sur la Méditerranée non loin de l'appartement.Les deux terrasses offrent également une vue piscine mais surtout sur la colline de Roses ( quartier Puig Rom ) qui est resplendissante au coucher du soleil.La situation de l'appartement est idéal... En 10 min à pied nous sommes à la plage... En voiture, 2 minutes suffisent... La plage de Santa margarida est grande et très propre et nous pouvons accéder en bord de plage les pieds dans l'eau jusqu'au port de Roses....ce qui nous fait une belle ballade quotidienne au bruit des vagues... Il y a bien évidemment d'autres belles plages à proximité et de belles criques.La digue piétonne est très belle et propre... Plusieurs bars et restaurants étaient ouverts durant notre séjour...L'appartement en lui-même est au top... Mobilier, literies,appareils ménagers,vaisselles. Le voisinage est très calme et Mr Steinier et Colson sont très aimable.10/10

Prachtig appartement

We zijn 4 weken in het appartement geweest en het was fantastisch. Alles is zoals op de foto’s. De ontvangst met Cecille was erg leuk en ondanks de taalbarrière heeft zij alles goed uitgelegd. Het zwembad was helaas de eerste 3 weken gesloten wegens onderhoud maar daar kan de eigenaar niets aan doen. Hij heeft voor ons wel een mooie oplossing gevonden en daar zijn wij heel blij mee. Het contact met de eigenaar was vooraf en tijdens het verblijf uitstekend. Volgend jaar komen we terug. Roses is erg leuk met veel restaurants. Ga naar Txots of La Baie, allebei erg goed.

Appartement bien équipé et bien situé

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour malgré un souci de ménage à notre arrivée (j'ai fais le ménage pendant quasiment 3h). Sinon l'appartement est très bien équipé et bien situé avec le mercadona juste en bas et le lidl à 5mn en voiture. Le canapé lit n'est selon moi plus adapté a accueillir un ou deux adultes car il grince énormément au moindre mouvement et s'enfonce (un changement serait une bonne idée). Le propriétaire et le gérant sont vraiment à l'écoute et soucieux que tout ce passe bien, c'est très appréciable.
