Owner will be available by phone and email during your stay to answer any questions that you may have about the property.
House is 1/2 block from the park and 10 minutes from Downtown Dallas. There are coffee shop and restaurants within walking distance.

This recently updated duplex has an open concept feel with large chef's kitchen, open to dining and living area. Exceptionally comfortable couch with 4G Smart TV viewing. East Dallas Holiday

Perfect getaway. We loved the easy access to Exall Park for dog walks but the convenience of the back patio was helpful when it rained. The property was clean, comfy, and quiet. It was super easy access. We would definitely recommend this one!
