AMAZING Mid-Century Modern Oasis in Dallas! Come live like the "Rat Pack" did in Palm Springs. Close to Everything. Great Amenities includes beds for 8, Full Bar, Outdoor Patio with Glass Fire Pit, Indoor Glass Fireplace, Vinyl Stereo Record player and Full kitchen and Laundry. Blocks from the Dallas DART (Love Field). Uber to Downtown, Uptown, and Knox/Henderson for less than $10. Amenities include Flat screen, full cable, Pandora, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Full High Speed Wifi.

Changes to existing reservations must be made prior to closing of cancellation window unless extending days + or - around an existing reservation. (Based on Availability)

This house is a reflection of the Mid-Century architecture and culture of the 1960s. The house is furnished with pieces from the period and is themed to honor the Rat Pack, (Sinatra and his crew), John F Kennedy's Camelot, and the Jet Age of airline travel (Pan Am). The house was built in 1960 and was completely renovated down to the studs in 2016/17. Modern amenities throughout including a double sink, soaking tub, walk in shower Master bath that is 260 square feet! Period specific appliances including a Percolator Coffee pot, as well as an espresso machine and milk frothier. There is also books about the 1960s, including history on the Rat Pack, JFK, and the rise of Pan Am and Jet Air Travel. Don't forget the period specific Console Stereo Vinyl record player with albums that will take you back to that time when Sinatra and his crew got JFK elected and the world got smaller due to glamorous Jet Aircraft and the Pan Am Stewardess. Come see for your self! This unit has it all.

No smoking ($500.00 Fee) Please step outside to smoke. Be considerate to future guests.

No parties or events (Guests desiring to have an event MUST coordinate with owner. Unit is insured for lodging only)

Not safe or suitable for infants (Under 2 years)

Check in is anytime after 3PM

Check out by 12PM (noon)

- House is located close to Love Field and also close to Cedar Springs and Oak Lawn (Uptown) This convenience does come with some aircraft sound from the airport.

- Pet Rules: Dogs up to75lbs permitted. (Weights above this on a case by case basis) $150.00 (greater than 30 days, $85.00 short term, per pet, 2 pet max) Non-refundable pet deposit required. ( Used to steam clean unit for pet sensitive guests that follow).
Service Animals: Permitted. We would still appreciate service animal owners paying the pet deposit because it is a courtesy for the follow on guests who may suffer from pet dander sensitivities.

- NO EVENTS or PARTIES larger than 8 without precoordination with owner!
- ALL GUESTS staying in the house are required to submit Gov issued Photo ID to owner via secure email. (as if you were checking into a hotel)
- Minimum Age for rental is 25 yrs old.
- House and guests are protected by an outside perimeter visual security system.
City of Dallas 9% Lodging Tax assessed after booking.

We had a great stay in Dallas. The host was very responsive. The house was clean and well decorated. The house is convenient to downtown and the Park Cities. It was actually kind of cool watching the plans fly over into Love Field. They did not keep us up at night. I highly recommend this rental.

The property was roomy, clean and cute! We had 6-7 adults and it was the perfect size for our group! It was so nice having the fire pit to use during the cold weather. All of the beds were extremely comfy and the bathrooms were spacious, it was exactly what we needed.

This is the 2nd time we stayed at this house and it was just as great as the 1st time. It's very convenient to the airport, grocery stores and restaurants. I love modern and mid-century architecture. This home is an ode to the "Rat Pack" and the 1960's. Each room has a theme and you have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the lifestyle of Frank Sinatra, Jack Kennedy, and the emergence of the Jet Age in the 60's. The house lets you be a part of that culture yet it has every modern amenity. From Netflix to Amazon Prime for the modernist, to a console record player with Vinyl albums from the 1960's your get to live in the modern, and mid-century modern times.

What makes this property unique

Close to everything in Dallas but in a great neighborhood. Close to Uptown (5 min), Downtown Dallas (10 min), the Medical District (5 min), Love Field (5 min), DFW (20 min by car or take the DART which is 2 blocks away), Deep Ellum, (15 min) American Airlines Center (10 min) Kay Baily Hutchinson Convention Center (15 min).
