It has 4 air-conditioned rooms including 2 parental suites for 10 beds and 3 bathrooms. (4 double beds and 2 single beds: new bedding)
American kitchen and large living room that open onto the terrace to enjoy the beautiful sea view.
You will have a private swimming pool with salt and all the new equipment to spend a pleasant stay. Villa Madjic was built in 2018 and is designed to make the most of this beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea.
You will be less than 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Sainte Luce and points of interest of the south of the island.

Beautiful view but needs some attention

10 min drive from Sainte Luce up steep winding road so a car is a must have. Home was in fair condition lacking many “basics” especially in the kitchen. No trash bags, dishwasher soap, hand towels, etc. The basics that were here are in mediocre to poor condition. Linens were sparse, if not lacking all together on one bed on arrival (brought next day) As has been mentioned - electrical in the house is not functioning well and resulted in Christmas Eve dinner essentially in the dark. Overall - we had a great vacation - but the rental was disappointing. With a bit more care and maintenance this house would be a charmer.

Maison propre, bien située et accueil par des dames charmantes, rien à ajouter de plus. En ce qui concerne le mobilier, 5 transats en photos, 2 en reel (en fin de vie), parasols inutilisables, barbecue HS. Ustensiles de cuisine insuffisants et en fin de vie.Cela est dommage par rapport à la propreté de la maison et la vue exceptionnelle, aux chambres et la piscine conforment à la photo.

TRÈS MAUVAIS SÉJOUR

Je suis trĂšs mĂ©content de mon sĂ©jour dans cette Villa. Pour commencer il y avait une des chambre qui avait un climatiseur en panne. Il y avait des problĂšmes de tension Ă©lectrique ce qui faisait baisser la luminositĂ© des lumiĂšres le soir par moment. Il y avait plusieurs transats cassĂ©s qui Ă©taient rafistolĂ©s avec du scotch. Le WI-Fi Ă©tait vraiment mĂ©diocre et il n’y avait aucune possibilitĂ© de passer un coup de fil ou d’avoir un rĂ©seau 4g dans la villa. Nous Ă©tions obligĂ© de nous mettre prĂšs du chemin. Les voisins se mettaient constamment sur le balcon pour observer ce qui se passait dans la villa, donc nous n’avions vraiment aucune intimitĂ©. Cerise sur le gĂąteau la propriĂ©taire nous rĂ©clame des frais de cautions de 500€ pour nuisance sonore hors qu’elle n’est pas en droit de nous rĂ©clamer cela selon Abritel.

Villa sympa

La villa est trĂšs spacieuse et bien Ă©tudiĂ©e. Nous Ă©tions 2 adultes et 6 adolescents. L’endroit est calme. Les Ă©quipements de la maison sont un peu justes : Lave vaisselle en panne, trop peu de vaisselle, et problĂšme sur l’éclairage du RDC. La situation sur Sainte Luce est idĂ©ale pour rayonner sur la Martinique. Les plages sont Ă  10 bonnes minutes en voiture.

Déçus

Nous avons eu des Ă©changes trĂšs agrĂ©ables avec la propriĂ©taire avant notre arrivĂ©e ce qui Ă©tĂ© prometteur . Une fois sur place nous avons Ă©tĂ© déçu par les prestations de cette maison, la propretĂ© et le standing . L’annonce affiche une villa de standing on y est pas . Une amie de la propriĂ©taire est venue constater les problĂšmes , la saletĂ© et l’usure . C’est dommage car la maison a un bel emplacement et une vue imprenable , donc soigner les dĂ©tails et l’entretenir pourrait rendre le sĂ©jour magique !

Maison trÚs propre éloignée du centre voiture obligatoire pas adaptée o petits

Manque de vaiselle 4 verres /10 Une serviette et drap/pers pour 15 jours Escaliers dangereux ,plaque cuisine HS Un miroir entier serait souhaitable ! Transats en fin de vie et parasol dĂ©chirĂ© depuis des lustres heureusement que Lulu et DĂ©dĂ© sont hyper dispos pour tout les proprios ne savent pas Ă  quel point ils sont indispensables ! ( piscine lessive etc etc J’ose espĂ©rer qu’ils ont un salaire digne de cela ! Ce serait plus que mĂ©ritĂ© Merci lulu pour les petits plats et vive la Bayonne (DĂ©dĂ©)

TrĂšs belle maison avec vue sur la mer et la piscine est le petit plus

La maison est sublime avec tout le confort que que l'on peut attendre de ce cĂŽtĂ© lĂ  toutefois les verres en plastique et une paire de draps et une serviette de bain pour 15 jours c'est pas top mĂȘme si il y a une machine Ă  laver Sinon rien Ă  dire c'Ă©tait trĂšs bien et la maison vraiment remarquable ainsi que les environs

Un magnifique sĂ©jour, trĂšs bon accueil de Lucienne, nous sommes arrivĂ©s le soir, et elle nous avait prĂ©parĂ© un colombo de poulet de bienvenue qui Ă©tait excellent.Et nous avait Ă©galement laissĂ© tout ce qu’il fallait pour le petit dej. La villa est bien entretenue, et trĂšs sympa avec une superbe vue, dommage qu’elle soit un peu excentrĂ©e.
