This 2,200 square foot unit features 4 BRs, 2 full baths, granite counter tops, and upgraded stainless steel appliances. The first floor includes 2 BRs (2 Queen Beds), 1 full bath, laundry room, and access to the attached one car garage. The second floor includes 2 BRs (1 King Bed & 1 Twin over Full Bunk Bed), 1 full bath, a large kitchen/dining room/living room combination, and 2 balconies. There is a large 16' X 8' balcony off of the living room, complete with comfortable patio furniture. The master bedroom has its own private 8' X 8' balcony. The main living space (kitchen/dining room/living room) has a fantastic open space concept. The house is equipped with TVs & wireless internet. A brand-new outdoor shower is available to make cleaning up after a day at the beach a breeze. Rental includes 6 Beach Badges.

Seaside vacation

Everything was great. Perfect location, we walked to the bay and the beach. Listing was accurate. We liked the layout of the house, all bedrooms were private. Overall a great vacation!

Nice home in quiet family oriented neighborhood

The house was spacious, modern and very clean. Located close to the bay and parks for children. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. Perfect home for a relaxing family vacation at the beach

Great property, very clean!

Great location, perfect for family gatherings. The house was very convenient and very clean. Max 10-15 min walk from the beach, but also in a nice quiet area. We enjoyed our stay very much and would rent again. Only small comment would be that it would be great if linens/towels were provided so that families can travel a bit lighter :)
