This is the historic Hamilton Estate. The house may be preserved in its beautiful antiquity, but it has all the modern amenities built within its southern charm. There are 5 Bedrooms, ample living space, large 10-person dining table, an expansive courtyard, an in-ground hot tub, parking, and google home equipped, while being in the center of the city.

Featuring Tuft & Needle mattresses, Google Home hubs, Roku TVs with Chromecast, and soft microfiber linens. All baths have Public Goods products free of harsh chemicals.

The home is styled in era appropriate furniture and antiques, and much of the original character has been preserved while modernizing everything up to today's comforts and efficiency.

Perfect place to have a family vacation. Baby monitor, pack and play, kid dishes, books and some toys ready to go. All 3 TV's are smart TV's

All bathrooms come with a full suite of Public Goods bath products which are free from harsh chemicals, scented only with essential oils, and vegan..

The kitchen is stocked with a complete set of Green Pan's highest grade cookware, full bar set, hand mixer, blender, American Standard bakeware, and all the odds and ends.

There is off street parking in the garage for 2 large cars.

Beautiful home

Overall we had a very lovely stay. The location is very nice. Close to shopping and restaurants. We did encounter one bed that had soiled sheets on our arrival. We had to purchase laundry soap and wash them ourselves. It is a very large historical home. It’s beautiful but it lacked coziness. We would’ve appreciated having extra blankets and pillows available.

Great Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect house for 7 of us on a girls weekend! It was very comfortable and well appointed and we were all so impressed. It is in a great location for exploring Savannah.

Lots of space for our family of 10! Excellent location with everything you need. The courtyard was a great way to wind down the day and relax. A perfect experience to stay in a historic home in such a fabulous historical city.
